Great Value Half Gallon Freezer Slider Bags, 40 Count

I love these half-gallon size zipper bags. A lot of the time I have food that's too small to fit into a quart bag, but when I put it into a gallon size there's lots of room left. This half-gallon size is perfect for portioning meat (which I buy in bulk) to freeze. I will be buying this from now on. I always get the Great Value brand because it's cheaper and works just as well as the big brand. It shuts and closes just fine.

I'm glad I accidentally purchased these 1/2 gallon bags. I thought I was purchasing gallon size bags and found these 1/2 gallon are so useful. Highly recommend.

these are fantastic never want to run out use fork keeping cookies fresh, freezer bags , watr not leaking out of gaterade lots of uses also sandwiches and cold cuts must go in one of these

I've used the Great Value slider freezer bags for sous vide, and it works just fine. I prefer using the slide lock, over press lock, as I know it's sealed with one swipe. Inexpensive %26 durable, I'll continue to purchase Great Vaue slider freezer bags, going forward. Highly recommend

In quart, half gallon, or gallon size.. I used it to protect U.S. Passport/papers from water damage in airline flights besides the practical kitchen freezing or marinating food. = )

My most recent purchase of these freezer bags was disappointing in that more than half of the 40 bags were somehow "coming apart" when I tried putting food in them. I would open the zipper and a six inch gash in the plastic material would open up. It was almost like they were all cut during the manufacturing process... just right under the edge of the zippered sealing area which made them completely unusable. Had to throw away at least 75% of the box.

The merchandise was in good condition but was delivered to the wrong address. My address is in Google maps so I'm not sure why they missed my house. I did however find my merchandise at a nearby church.

Had to bring back these freezer bags due to them a slit below the seal and couldn't seal properly. Then when I was taking prior freezer items from the freezer with these freezer bags the stuff was freezer burnt. I don't think the seal is make right. Today I am taking back 4 boxes because I don't trust wasting money on meat and expensive groceries using inferior products.

Like the product generally. However the box was opened and a bag was stuffed in it. Obviously someone had tampered with the product. There is no assurance that this product is safe to use.
