I received the Great Value LED Light Bulb, 10W (90W Equivalent) PAR38 Floodlight Lamp E26 Medium Base, Non-dimmable, Yellow as part of the Spark Reviewer Program. It came quickly and was packaged very securely. The actual packaging of the bulb is attractive and somewhat sturdy. I unpacked the bulb and screwed it into my front porch light socket to test a theory that I heard about yellow LED lights and bugs - it seems, according to a study on a solution for sustainable living website that most bugs are less attracted to warm color (yellow is warm) LED lights. I am pretty sure that I have less bugs on my front porch since I installed the bulb. Since I live in East Texas this is a huge deal to me. I will be buying more for my shed and barn and I will tell my friends and family about this great product!

How much can you say about a light bulb? It lighted up and it's pretty bright. Living out in the county it's very dark, so we welcome the brightness of it. It fits a regular light socket and is easy to install. Now, the package says it's suppose to last for 9 years so that remains to be seen.

This is a nice bulb. Seems very durable and well made. We put it in a motion sensor light in our back yard. The light has two sockets. My husband took out one of the old floodlights and put this one in. As soon as it got dark out I went out back and my motion light came on. I was surprised to see that the new one was much brighter and seemed to shine light further than my other flood light. I highly recommend this product.

When I got his bulb, I knew it could be a great replacement for the white LED lights I had installed in my carport. They did a good job but bugs were an issue. I installed his bulb with no problem as it has a normal light socket base. I noted it had a single LED in the center as opposed to small flashlights that use multiple LED lights. This bulb was pretty bright and gave a good wide light dispersal. I was very impressed how well it lit up my carport, which is 20x21 foot, or 420 square feet. I normally ran two lights out there, but with this bulb, there was no need. I am enclosing a night time picture of my carport lit up by this bulb. I had no issues with bugs gathering around this light either. I ran the bulb from dusk till dawn for a week. I had to noticeable change is brightness or light pattern. After 1 week I had no bugs to clean off the light and did not notice the bulb heating up hardly at all. The bulb itself seems well made and durable. It has a mostly flat face, with only a slight curve and the plastic seems fairly thick. All in all I was impressed and will continue to use this bulb to see what kind of life span it has.

The yellow color of this bulb gives a softer light than the standard clear bulb. From the second floor it lights up an area that would provide a safe zone at night. Since it is only equivalent to 90 watts be aware that is not as strong as the standard 150 w floodlight. I am able to leave it on all night because it is so much cheaper to run.

They put out plenty of light and work great in a motion sensor security light and the yellow color draws fewer bugs than regular lights. They last up to 9 years and save money over traditional light bulbs as they use 80% less energy. They are built for durability and are less likely to break if dropped due to the material they are made of and can be used in a damp wet environment. I gave them 5 stars and i think you would to.

I replaced the regular bulb I had at the back door with this bulb and it is so much better. I didn't want a bright white bulb that would annoy the neighbors behind me and attract bugs. This bulb gives off a soft yellow glow and reaches pretty far into the yard. I'm satisfied!

I purchased this great Value LED 10-watt floodlight to replace a 100-watt one at the enclosed corner of my house. I hesitated because I wasn't sure the low wattage would provide the same amount of light as the one I replaced but I am glad to say I don't see a difference in the lighting. This bulb is energy efficient so even though the cost is higher than a regular spotlight, I think the energy savings will more than make up for the increased price.

This bulb is nice looking and very bright. I think it is a great bulb for the price $5.96 each. This is a yellow color LED light, which I prefer over the white light. They do make it in white red, green and yellow. You might use green and red at Christmas time outside.

Great bulb, works as advertised - also as not advertised but since it's yellow it doesn't attract as many bugs as a regular light. Can't speak to longevity as I've only had it a couple weeks but I think it'll last a long time, hopefully comparing to other LED lights.
