I have a huge room upstairs in my 130-year-old home. I use it for storage but the only lights in that room are floor lamps I plug into wall sockets. These floodlamps are perfect for the floor lamps. I have them plugged into remote controlled outlets that can dim. When I need full light I use the remote at the door and can see inside all my storage boxes. If I do not need full brightness, I dim the bulbs down with the remote.

Light bulbs are super bright. So bright in fact I needed to move the direction of my lights a little bit so they didn't shine in my neighbors kitchen. If you want bright bright then you def want these

i bought them because it says 3 year life, but mine just blew, and its been in just barely 11 mths. I'm very disappointed.

These lights seem awful, yellow, not a good light at all in the kitchen, not that strong either

Not white, but yellow. An ordinary, cheap daylight LED would make a better flood light; which is what I'll have to use after wasting all my $ on these!
