I make gumbo and soups and like to freeze individual portions. I use these to line bowls, seal with a twist tie, and freeze. When frozen, remove the bowl, store the delicious frozen packages. When I'm ready, thaw them %26 reheat in the already form fitting container.
I love these. I will purchase larger packages of meats and split and freeze I like these for the first wrap then place them in a bigger zippered lock bag. These helps immensely with freezer burn and the savings of not using a zippered bag for each . I call it my ziplocking HACK. lol. Also great for just marinating or one time use just tie it in knot, easier than plastic wrap cheaper than bags!
If you resell, you need these. These twist tie bags are my behind-the-scenes MVP. Clothes? Bagged. Toys? Secured. Books? Protected. Packing is faster, cleaner, and way less chaotic. They’re affordable, practical, and somehow make me feel like I have my life together. Absolute reseller BFF status.
Twist-tie storage bags have become all but impossible to find these days. Thank goodness for these Great Value bags — they’ re strong, durable, and much more economical than gallon-size zipper style bags. Thank goodness WalMart keeps them in stock. We use them all the time and have recommended them to several friends who sell at our local farmer’s market and could no longer get similar bags from their wholesalers. Truly a great product at a great price!
I make my own bread and these are one of the nicest bread bags I’ve been able to find and the Twist Ties actually work, too many other bread bags have Twist Ties that are junk. I really don’t like having to use plastics, but when I do, it’s nice to find something worthwhile at a reasonable price.
these are very thin but I have started making my own bread and freezing it. you will have to use more than one bag but they give you a hundred bags you will have plenty. but they aren't high quality for the freezer I use three bags and then freeze and they're fine still cheaper than buying 50 ingredient bread and mine is only five
This Great Value Twist Tie storage bags are ideal for all kinds of usage. I store my shoes and slippers in the bags before putting them in my hanging shoe bag so as not to dirty the pockets. I use the bags to store muffins, bread , etc. in the freezer. These are handy without the closures, giving more actual space in the bags.
What more can I say? I usually reuse as many bags as possible but lately it seems like more and more Walmart bags have holes in them by the time I get my deliveries! These are great when I've run out, but it sure would be nice to reuse the bags everything gets delivered in!
I literally use these for everything! Packing toiletries in my checked bag? Wrap and tie them in these! Never had anything spill or leak after tying them in a not. Dropping off something and need to contain it? These are perfect. These have become such a multipurpose item in my mom life, that I make sure I always have these on hand. Plus, they're super inexpensive for how many you get. Love these!
Bags are good. Ties are all defective. DO NOT BUY until Great Value makes corrections. Ties cannot be separated from sheet. Paper falls apart from wire thus all bags rendered completely useless.
