These plates used to be stronger and also much more affordable. Lately they did something to the plates. The texture is off and feels flimsier. Also, the cost of these has gone up nearly 30% in some areas. There are better 9" plates for the price that you can get at Walmart however, I still would purchase these for pizza or snack plates. WARNING. Do not use these plates to feed indoor or outdoor felines (cats). The chemical for the texture is harmful to cats and can irritate their tongue and cause blistering. IMO - I know this because we have cats.
Exactly what my I was looking for.
Gotta double them, but they are still great!
Decent paper plates for value
Sturdy and decent size for a decent price. Good for lunches, picnics etc. However, also can be helpful for small craft trays. Easy to send home if project needs drying time as well.
Great paper plates. i got 100 of them for a little over $2. They are well made and dont have the pleats at the edge that makes other paper plates fall flat. i recommend them
We like these plates because they're uncoated and cheaper. We use them for quick things—sandwiches, etc. We aren't serving meals, so we don't need an extravagant plate or an extra sturdy plate. These serve the purpose.
Decent and get the job done. Not overly big for a big meal but work well for most meals. I happen to buy these all the time for nights I don't feel like cleaning up a mess, to use to cover a dish in microwave and also for the kid to grab a plate for cookies or under some other kind of snack to prevent crumbs and such. Far easier than washing 20 plates they use a day lol. Def my go to plates for the house. It takes a bunch of wetness and cutting to make it through them too. So if u have a big juicy steak maybe double it up but otherwise it holds up pretty good.
Why the design change? This doesn't match up with the 9" coated GV paper plates. Please go back to the previous design - the upturned sides do nothing except "lose" surface area.
receive this in place of a dessert plate doesn't even make sense to me why not replace it with another dessert plate. I'm wondering if the Shoppers have any common sense
