These are pretty easy to melt instead of the bark. I put two large bags in a bowl to melt for holiday treats, and I must not have stirred to heated too long and ended up having to add some vegetable oil to make the chocolate creamy again. My advice is making small batches and not two large bags at the same time. The flavor is Excellent, and no one would ever know that these were Great Value. The value is good for the money; they freeze from one year to the next well. (mine were not opened).

These are great for baking. Walmart brand is just as good as the higher priced brands They melt easy and taste is good!

I make peanut custer with it and milk chocolate chips both great value. They are just as good as the premium brands. The melt good the the double boiler real smooth. Better than some brands i have tried.
