I think this is designed much better than the Brita water pitchers. However, the water runs through much faster which is convenient, but just don't know if it works as well filtering the water.

this item is better than I expected. the instructions are clear, very easy and my water finally tastes great! I had gone back and forth about purchasing similar items, due to pricing and design, and I really like the style, size and function if this item. It also saves from lugging large packs of water or relying on a delivery person to bring the larger packs to last us.. Each cartridge lasts 60 days and I really like that.

I wanted a replacement for my previous filter pitcher but was having difficulty finding one that had the spout covered with a flap. This one did and it also uses the Brita or Great Value filters. I am not wild about the little filter replacement timer, and have absolutely no use for it, but did not see one with a spout flap without the timer.

Love it. Only had it a few days, but I like the clear vs the Bria. Looks like perfect water. LOL, taste like it also.

This filter has helped me increase my water intake. I never liked the way tap water tasted, but this changes everything! Water tastes fresh and delicious

first time I used a filter water pitcher and didn't know what to expect - I think the "timer" needs some tweaking but the over all is so easy and it fits in my mini fridge perfectly - water taste good too

Because I was satisfied with the whole experience. This was my first time to go to the pick-up location and it was very convenient in spite of the fact that I do not know how to use the app on my phone.

I had hoped to find a 10 cup capacity at a fair price, but the 7 cup is working out.

the holding canister is just too small. pour up a couple glasses of water and the things empty again. also, the water will not drain from the filter into the canister if the lid is closed. so you have to leave it out with the lid open until the water drains completely.

Never got it! Was never delivered.
