These filters are made by the same manufacturers that make the expensive ones. The only difference is the price. Don't believe me, look at the filtration rates and chemicals they filter to set your angst and heart at rest. Then pat yourself on the back for being frugal for shopping at Walmart. "A penny saved is a penny earned."

With the increasing cost of everything, I've been trying new items as a way to save money. I'm really glad I tried these filters! I typically always get the name brand, but these are great and cheaper. Easy to install and my water is crisp and clean and tastes wonderful!

When life... sigh... (and your water) leave a bad taste in your mouth, then this is the solution for everything, everywhere, all at once! Okay... not so much, BUT, it does make untasty water tasty. I mean that in a good way. It fits well, it filters fast, and it's got a long life.

Great Value brand water filters are just that - a great value! I've used Brita filters forever and I love them but any time I can save a penny and have the same exact experience with a product I'm going to. These are better than the others because they are noticably less expensive.

The filtered water from these generic filters taste just the same as the name brand brita filters. So why pay more? I would recommend this product. The flow when brand new is fast, just like a new name-brand filter, and gradually gets slower over time. However, I have to say that since these are generic, I would expect the price to be < $2 per filter. It's just activate charcoal pellets inside a plastic housing. It should be cheaper.

This was the first time I bought this item, it's says that is compatible with my Brita, well it actually fitted and as far taste is as good as the brand name, price is very reasonable too! Very satisfied with this product and definitely will continue to buy it again in the future. Thank you

The top of this Great Value filter looks significantly different in my opinion from the Brita filters. For that reason, i was skeptical that it would fit. Also, my Brita pitcher is not the one with the handle and spout, its the larger UltraMax dispenser with the spigot. I double-checked reviews that it would fit and by golly it did...and the water tastes great!! At $3.33 for each filter, i am quite pleased with my purchase. I shall be back soon.

Unfortunately, I broke one of the filters in the 3 pack and got black junk all over me because it was the wrong size , so now I guess I just wasted my money. if you're new to this, just double check.Because just because it's said britta did not mean it would fit the piture I had.

Fits ez snug on old Brita pitcher. Filters fast, like 5 mins entire pitcher. Water taste similar to Brita filter, not as delicious as Zerowater. Cheap, but not the cheapest. No lugging heavy bottles of water from store. On my 2nd fill, so do not know if it will do 40G as stated. No sediments.
