Great Value Whipped Mayonnaise Dressing, 30 fl oz

Been waiting nearly four years to taste this to compare it to Miracle Whip. Walmart wouldn't ship it before now. While I wouldn't say it was worth a 4 year wait, I'm glad it has been made available to those of us who do not have a neighborhood Walmart. Not exactly the MW I remember. I don't currently have any with which to compare. If memory serves the color is a little darker, which I don't mind. GVWM is a little thinner than MW which one must account for when preparing a dish. Lastly the GVWM seems to have more of a tang than I remember. I don't mind that either as I had been doctoring my dishes with True Lime and paprika when I could only get regular GV Mayo.

I brought this product as a ingredient for my tuna salad, and it did not disappoint. I made the tuna salad sweet as I could get it with the Whipped Mayo dressing. I am proud to say that the tasty sweetness gave my tuna salads the additional sugar that is required. The were no tangy taste in my tuna salad from the Whipped Mayo Dressing. If I had to I would use a little olive oil in my tuna salad to prevent it from watering down. The only down side to this jar of Whipped Mayo Dressing is that in warm places the texture is not thick it comes out a bit liquidy. Anyway, I enjoyed the taste of my tuna salads with the Whipped Mayo Dressing in it. Thank you, Walmart.

I purchased this on a whim but I am extremely impressed %26 pleased with this version of the name brand. The taste is so similar you would think it's the name brand, taste, texture I was surprised just how good it tastes. I will be purchasing again %26 saving money.

I am still not 100% sure what I think about this, even after buying 2 jars LOL It is thinner than the named brand. The taste is close enough that I don't mind it, but I am still not certain of that. It seems to be better with a little pepper added when it is used. If you really love the named brand of Whipped Mayo Dressing, then you are likely to be disappointed. The question for me is this: Is its shortcoming worth the savings. Obviously, being that I bought a second one, I am leaning towards yes, but I'm still not sure. It is worth trying unless you are just a die hard fan of the named brand.

This dressing has a small amount of citrus flavor that really brightens up the flavor! Unfortunately it is getting a bit runny in texture. I can pour it out of the jar. Used to have to spoon it out. I'm still using it because of the taste. If it gets too runny though, I'll stop.

Buddy, Imma tell you what now. Right now. This copycat M'whip is very close. Yessir. That's right. Right off the bat, this scores well.Very well indeed. For starters, it's white, so it looks right in that very similar jar. Scope it out %26 see if it ain't. Seriously now. Looks like it, don't it? 'Bout the only place they miss is this GV version is a bit thinner, which ain't no terrible thing 'cause it usually ain't exactly too thin. Most of the time, that is, Liz. After looking into it with much trial %26 ertor, I've 'bout decided that lifting that big thick security seal off the mouth of the jar is easiest done while the whole thing is still room temperature. Bothersome little bits of the seal are usually still stuck to the jar when I wash it out to reuse when it's empty. Of course when it's empty. I'm not gonna wash it while there's still good stuff in it to smear on sandwiches. What's wrong with you anyway, talking like that? C'mon now Emma Jean. You just having fun with me. That's right. I know you. Back to this review, Hugh. Dip a knife or spoon into this %26 taste it. See if I ain't right. The taste is real close. Yessir. This stuff also is fabulous base in ranch dressing. I kid you not. Those chef types would say it elevates the flavor while not adding complexity unnecessarily to the depth. They would not be incorrect in that assessment. Just sayin'. You know.

This was delivered to the wrong address by a different person that evening. Luckily my son was able to walk around the apt complex and find them. Before that I was going to get a refund, BUT “delivered to wrong address” is not listed for why you want a refund.

Dissapointed with this item. Normally Great Value branded items aren't all that different from name brand. Perhaps it was a fluke. The flavor was off and it was incredibly runny. Im not one to complain, but this was wierd and I just couldn't get myself to b eat it, had to throw it away.

One of 2 missing items in this order! Called the store several times to report it, but only the answering machine picks up and never an employee "due to a high volume of calls, call back later." Had to call the 800 WALMART NUMBER to report this complaint and request a refund of my 2 missing items.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered this item (which we do truly enjoy) that we've received an expired one. I'm getting very disappointed in that twice now for this item, and once for another, we are getting expired products. Walmart usually does great, and we are completely satisfied most of the time... but expired products is not satisfactory. Do better, please.
