It was a very good product at an exceptional price. Arrived just as I needed to move some snow off the deck.

Good alternative to gas power.

JGS December 15, 2025

My hubby was looking for something that could handle some lighter snowfall so that he wouldn't have to pull out the gas snowblower. This fits the bill! He loves how light and easy it is to maneuver.

Saving my Back

MikeO February 20, 2025

I got this little gem after we had snow in West Tennessee recently. I'm over 70, so after shoveling snow, I decided to get this snow blower. I expected one more snow this season, and it happened this week. Only got a couple of inches, and it was really wet snow. I used the blower to clear the sidewalk and driveway with little effort. It was definitely worth the price.

Great for the price

josh January 20, 2025

hurt my back shoveling 2 driveways my wife found this on walmart.com on clearance for $85 decided to give it a shot, while i didn't have it for the big snowfall i did get in before the second snowfall that was only about 3 inches, and the driveway it took me an hour and a half to do with a shovel was done it 15 minutes, will say it did get a little clogged with wet snow but it powered through, being 13amps i did have to buy strong extension cords as i needed at least 120ft and all the ones i had were for my Christmas lights of up to 10 amps so i got 15amp rated ones that worked well

Impressive and powerful little snow thrower

JOHN January 17, 2025

Watched many review videos and they convinced me to purchase. The day it quickly arrived, I removed 5" snow (powdery) from 100ft driveway as well as a 500sqft deck and 30ft walkway. Two days later 4" of snow, same deal.

It is hard to work in heavy wet snow but with the lighter snow it works great . I would purchase this again .

Just buy it, worth it!

Ness February 17, 2025

My brother recommended this and got the exact one and one sale. My hope was getting one it wouldn't snow again. Didn't work out that way but the item came in handy and works well. Easy to put together and use. It's all plastic but it works well. If it wasn't on sale I likely wouldn't have bought it. Glad it was!

A great tool at 13 amp, but stick with snow

michael January 27, 2025

I found this Greenworks tool very useful and I wanted to write a fair review. It was handling the loose snow pretty well until I may have pushed it a bit too hard on some rough ice. The strange thing though is that it started smoking and melting the extension cord I was using. I was able to save the cord which was still functional, but I was thinking that there should have been a better safety mechanism, to say the least, to prevent the plug from smoking and it melting my cord. So I believe that if the Greenworks isn't pushed too hard, it will be fine. That's my analysis. On the other hand, the battery powered lawnmower that i had previously gotten refurbished from Rural King, I think was basically junk. I don't recommend getting lithium batteries-- I prefer corded tools like this Greenworks. It is a good value, but not really meant for an icy snowstorm.

This electric snow blower was purchased to replace an aging 14" Flurry made by Troy-Built. Greenworks design is nice and straightforward nothing complicated to assemble. It took less than 30 right out of the box. The only tool needed was a razor knife to open the case. The item was well packaged. Make certain the plastic toggle nuts are well tightened it the vibration the motor makes will loosen them. Good luck to you if the nut falls of in the snow. Always check the nuts before use and add you use the machine. I'm in Springfield, IL. We definitely get plenty of snow. This snow blower handles loose powdery snow with ease. Once the snow gets packed in or iced that is another story. This machine is not self propelled. Your weight pushing the handle provides forward progress. Fresh fallen snow is easily cleared. Wet heavy snow takes much longer, however this model is very effective. You have to be patient. You will develop a technique. It's just like cutting through thick grass. Go forward a few feet; pull the blower back and take a second or this pass. For the price this Greenworks product has exceptional value. It is built very well and will provide years of service. There's really nothing to maintain. Buy plenty of extension cord. I'm using 100' of 14 gauge. Watch your footing. Good waterproof muck boots with tread are a must. I suggest waterproof mittens. This baby throws snow away up there so make certain you're ready for a little bit to settle back onto you while you operate this machine.

Start button did not work

Amber January 13, 2025

Received the item, put it all together, took it outside and plugged it in and the start button does not work. I finally got it to work for just one row of snow and couldn't get it started again. I gave it 2 stars because that one row it seemed to do a good job on. It's so frustrating because it is large item that I now have to take back apart and return it. I am hoping I can just take it to store and not have to ship it back.
