User Friendly
First time ever using a sander, and it was very user-friendly. I actually had fun using this tool to make a repair. It works really well. It still gets a little messy, even though it has a bag connected to gather the sanding.

Greenworks Sander
Love my Greenworks Battery Orbital Sander. Just the right size, and so easy to charge and use, and it works well! Walmart didn't disappoint! Easy to order, and quick delivery!

This is a great product that can be used for various projects. A big plus is that it comes with both a battery and charger — at this price, it's a great deal, and I definitely recommend it.

QC breakdown, yet Walmart Customer made me whole
I was sent a defective model, though I got a good one via Target. The model had the dustcollector parts fused together so it couldn't be attached to the sander port. Quality Control failed in removing this from the lot. Walmart really needs to stay on top of quality control: having lived in Asia for years and good relationships with QC managers, they indicated this was a exceptional problem they faced , for numerous reasons. On the positive, local Walmart customer service employee made it right and I am happy to report that!

The product is great. There was missing parts that I really needed for a job. now I have to spend extra money, for something that should've been in the box !

Unfortunately I have the same issue a previous reviewer had in Aug,2025. I started my sanding project and only 1 hr into the journey, the battery stopped working. It shows it's fully charged on the charger and on the tester but it will only work for a few seconds and the sander shuts off. I'll remove it and try to re set it, but it does this every 10-15 min. I'll be happy to change my review of the company is willing to resolve the issues.

This item is supposed to be brand new that was shipped out to me, but when I opened the box on the parts were missing and it appeared to have been used I was very disappointed
