Greenworks 60V 16 Inch Front Mount String Trimmer with 2.5Ah Battery and 3A Charger

I am super happy with this. I had an older battery powered string trimmer that was pretty weak and only had one string. The first time I fired this trimmer up, it felt like going from a bicycle to a race car! This trimmer has tons of power to cut through this tough Florida grass, whereas the old one would just bounce off of some of these long runners that grow all over. I have a fairly small yard, but I can do the whole yard and still have 50% battery left. This is my fourth Greenworks tool, and it's great they all have interchangeable batteries. I have a 60V Mower, edger, leaf blower and now the string trimmer, and it is so nice not worrying about engines that won't start and the messing with gas and oil. I am a very happy Greenworks customer.

I used gas trimmers all my life and decided to purchase this 60v 16” trimmer. Glad I did, this trimmer does all of my yard(1.5ac) with a full charge. Highly recommend to try it out. Thanks Greenworks

This is my 2nd Greenworks trimmer. Best in its class. I especially like the bump head on this trimmer as I can just feed my line through the holes and twist the bump head to wind the line. With the battery powered trimmer it saves me time and no gas to worry about.

Love the Brushless String Trimmer. I can take it anywhere on my 3 acres and don't have to worry about running out of cord. Cuts through heavy grass, weeds and reloading cutting string is a breeze.

Powerful. Doesn't take long to charge. When I first got it the battery was already charged and ran about 10 min. Put it on the charger for 30 minutes and I had enough charge to finish the entire backyard.

I bought this because I was tired of messing with the gas powered one. Dealing with all of the issues that the little motor and everything has. I bought this in a fit of anger at my other weed eater. This did not disappoint. You don't have to pull a string or deal with oil or gas. Just make sure that the battery is charged and you can do a whole yard. It comes with all the things, the trimmer, the battery, and the battery charger. I'll probably buy the lawn mower next because this was so great and easy to use.

This tool is longer and a little heavier than expected but has good balance. Probably a better fit for taller folks. I'm excited to use this more and hope it holds up as well as the 60v Greenworks mower we have also.

I am still not quite sold on this yet, I guess right off the bat, the trimmer and blower I purchased was heavy. The blower has a turbo option which is nice but it eats the battery very fast, I haven't had to reload the trimmer line yet, so we'll see….. it doesn't take a spool , you have to load the line. 😏

Strong trimmer, almost too strong for light yard work/edging, even on lower level. Battery charger is pretty loud. Handle isn't as versatile as other trimmers where you can turn to edge easier. Line keeps slipping out too long. Disclaimer - I am a Walmart associate.

Despite following the operating instructions, the line will not feed correctly. I have used it a few times and the bump line feed does not work! Very disappointed as I have a Greenworks mower, blower, trimmer, and edger and am satisfied with the performance of these items.
