Greenworks PRO 80V 16-inch Cordless String Trimmer with 2.0 Ah Battery and Charger, 2100102

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the mower, string trimmer and blower combo kit. I was surprised that they all have enough power for my large yard. The battery lasts much longer than I anticipated as well. I did have a minor issue with the blower trigger but the support team was able to sort that out quickly. I would definitely purchase this kit again!

I've had this trimmer for a few months now, and i'm very impressed by how much power it has as well as great runtime. It has lasted well over an hour a few times now with power to spare. Charge time is about an hour, sometimes less. Cutting is very strong, and i've never had to use the higher output setting on it. I do recommend getting the shoulder strap like I did. The unit is a bit heavy. I would compare the electric to a gas powered trimmer as far as weight goes. Pretty similar. Definitely a great residential trimmer. I won't recommend this to a commercial user. You would have to by several batteries to be on standby for all day use.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) If you are used to handling gas powered trimmer and blowers you'll have no complaints with the weight of these tools. The trimmer is perfectly balanced. The blower is a little heavier in the hand, but for small properties it does the trick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This string trimmer has tons of power to blast through the toughest pasture grass and even small saplings. Works great with .095 or .105 string, haven't needed to use anything bigger yet. The weight is really well balanced with the battery up top and the motor down by the trimmer head. It's a little heavier than other brand trimmers that I have, but the balance of this trimmer doesn't put all the strain on one arm like the traditional top mounted engine or top mounted battery/motor style trimmers. The battery life is significantly better than my other trimmers that run 40 volt - 58 volt systems.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Especially appreciate the easy string loading process. 80V tool complements my other 80V GreenWorksTools that I already have.

When I purchased a reconditioned lawn mower, I was worried that it work properly. But I'm pleasantly surprise it has the power and pulling drive to move thru my small front and rear yard. The overall appearance is great also as the two included batteries working time. So far, I'm glad with the purchase.

The string loading system is wonderful, compared to old manual style loading BUT the bump head seems to work when it wants, not when you need. If the bump head would work better this would easily be a perfect trimmer!

TRIMMER: First time using the trimmer, I wrapped it around a 1/2" rebar and the string disappeared, so I opened the string compartment, which is WAY different than my old Greenworks trimmer and took 15 minutes to get it working again. BLOWER: Not nearly as powerful as my electric blower, but the battery life seems to drain quickly, compared to the trimmer.. I have only had the Combo for a week, so too early to REALLY recommend or not recommend.
