I never really used or bought Dijon mustard before this so I don't have any basis of comparison but it was decent. I had to look up recipes to use this but they turned out pretty good. The one-star is not about the product - it is about how the product was received. Grey Poupon is an excellent product which why the two-pack was ordered. But any product is only usuable when it arrives undamaged - one of the two jars was damaged, contents coating the bubblewrap used to cushion the package against damage. Based on the condition of the outer shipping box and the packaging of the second item in the shipment, it appears clear the damage to the mustard jar OCCURRED PRIOR TO the item being added to the shipping box - unacceptable handling.
