Grill Mates Montreal Steak Single Use Marinade, 5.0 oz Pouch

I normally use the dry packet of the McCormick Montreal steak seasoning, that is my absolute favorite. When in a pinch and on the go this is when I would use this liquid form, same great taste without having to add the oil and vinegar its ready to use!

I'm always looking for ways to mix up the monotony of having same dinners every night. This marinade was the perfect way to add flavor and interest to an otherwise ordinary steak dinner. It was so flavorful I didn't even need any steak sauce or additional dips.

I'm an avid cook and usually make my own marinades, therefore I didn't have high expectations. This marinade is ridiculously good! I was blown away. I will purchase again for sure. I used it on a 3lb tri tip and cooked it in a slow cooker with the marinade (discarded after). My whole family raved about it.

We marinated pork chops with this marinade and omg, I could've eaten all of them. This marinade was that good. While eating dinner, we both said "I'd get this again," several times. We've tried the dry seasoning before and really loved it, so having the marinade was a no-brainer.

McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Single-Use Marinade is a convenient, single-use marinade that delivers a bold, steakhouse-style flavor. I soaked my steak (you can also use pork or chicken) in it for about 30 minutes. It really came through with a savory mix of McCormick's salt, black pepper, garlic, and other spices, balanced by soy sauce, vinegar, mandarin orange juice, and sherry wine for a slightly sweet finish!

I really enjoyed the Montreal Steak Single Use marinade! This marinade was the perfect amount for the steak I used it gave it immaculate flavor when following the directions to let it marinate for 30 minutes I also reserved 2 tablespoons of the marinade per the instructions to base with and I really feel that made the difference overall this gave the stake extremely great flavor. It allowed for the marinade to penetrate all the way through the steak and I would definitely repurchase and recommend to a friend incredibly delicious inconvenient to have the single use serving.

I really enjoyed the Grill Mates 30 Minute Montreal Steak Marinade! It's a quick and easy way to add a lot of flavor to steak without having to spend hours marinating. The Montreal-style seasoning gives the meat a delicious, savory, slightly smoky flavor, and it works especially well on grilled steak. I love that it only takes 30 minutes to get great flavor, making it perfect for busy weeknight dinners or last-minute grilling. Overall, it's convenient, flavorful, and definitely something I'll keep on hand for steak night!

I did get this free but this is a good start for the base of cooking. Quick and easy. Fantastic for tough cuts of meat as it does flavor and break down those fibers that make it chewy. Still you need to cook it correctly and finish it to have a great piece of steak. Like I stated, it is a great base to use, then you can elevate it with a finishing butter or fried herbs.

This marinade is a total game changer for steak on a weeknight. It gives the meat so much flavor with almost no effort, and I love that it only needs 30 minutes. The pre mixed marinade also cuts down on dishes which is an added bonus to me. The Montreal flavor is bold without being overpowering, and the single-use pouch is super convenient albeit a bit expensive. I can overlook the price a bit because you are still making a meal cheaper at home than going out! McCormick has always been my spice brand of choice at the store, and this is a great addition to our meal planning. Thanks for allowing me to try this out for free McCormick!

I divvy this packet up and used it on my chicken and steak and both were delicious. I was asked what I used to marinate and it was only this. This seasoning is all you need no need for anything additional. It's perfect! I gave it 3/5 stars because if you're on a budget no need to buy just stick to your basic s+p but if you would like to try something new give it a try and you won't be disappointed!
