Grill Mates Seasoning Mix, Garlic, Herb & Wine Marinade, 0.87 oz Packet

I first used this last year for a bbq. I followed the instructions on the pkg minus the vinegar and the chicken wings came out oh so good. It is the only seasoning that I will be using now for my bbq. I ventured out and tried it on some baked chicken and oh boy it was oh so good, too. Most recently I made some chicken and noodles and used it also to season the chicken legs. This marinade is a multi purpose season/marinade. If you are going to use it as a seasoning don't use the liquid and oil. Just the packet is all you will need for your chicken,pork, etc.

My husband is picky. Well you made a believer out of him. We all loved it. I chose to broil the chicken. Marinade was easy to prepare and I allowed the chicken to soak about 3 hours. Tasty, tender and juicy. Will definitely buy again AND this time it's going on the grill.

I was totally amazed with this!! I have used other marinades but they were not as excellent as this one. I decided to use it in chicken like it was recommended and it had excellent taste. I followed the directions on the package to a point, instead of dumping out the marinade after the chicken sitting in it, I decided to bake the chicken in it because I really hate wasting anything. I would periodically turn the chicken and of course any liquid evaporates. When I went to serve the chicken you could see the seasoning flavors and I was very impressed. You could taste the garlic and the herbs but wasn't to sure about the flavor of the wine. It made the chicken very moist and tender and I really liked the flavor of the chicken. I am definitely going to be purchasing more if these marinade packets to try on other meats. I really hope that McCormick makes a variety of these marinades just like they do with their other products. I am definitely going to tell my friends and family about this so they can try them I think that McCormick has really done a great job with this marinade.

I make chicken at least 5 times a week for dinner. It's so exhausting to constantly use different seasonings so the chicken tastes different. This came at a perfect time! I never do marinades but this was so easy to do. I followed the instructions on the package and threw the chicken into a ziplock bag for 20 minutes. It tasted SO GOOD. I was honestly surprised at the flavor. What I liked most is that it wasn't overly citrusy like other marinades are. This was perfect because you can just buy a ton of packets and put them in the pantry until you're ready to use one. I didn't know these existed and I'll be buying them from now on.

This product compare to other products I've tried because the flavor is bold and really comes through. We used it on white fish and it was so good! We would buy this product and try it on chicken next time and would recommend it to friends and family.

This garlic Herb seasoning is so amazing I made fabulous steak on the grill and had it meandered for a couple hours before. I highly recommend for the summer season! It would be great for a bbq with fruit salad.

I use this marinade to either bake or grill chicken breasts. Let them marinate a couple of hours, then bake or grill. The flavor is wonderful and your meat will be moist.
