I tried Lawry's and really liked it. The flavor is rich, smoky, and perfect for beef. The meat became juicy, tender, and full of flavor after marinating for a short time. I also like that it does not contain high fructose corn syrup. Very easy to use and great for grilling or cooking on a pan. I would definitely buy it again.
I received the Lawry's Steakhouse Marinade from BzzAgent to try and leave a review for. I decided to try it on a pork loin roast. I left the marinade for 15 mins as suggested on the bottle and it turned out great. Straight out of the bottle, it has a nice smell and isn't overpowering like some marinades. The taste was the same. It paired well with the pork I made and it wasn't until I was already about to cook that I saw a suggestion for sweet potatoes with it, I will add that to the next one for sure. The marinade did exactly what I'd want from a great marinade. The pork was juicy and flavorful without being over powered. A little bit goes a long way. I will probably get a couple more uses out of this bottle. I plan on trying it with chicken and beef as well. This marinade will probably find a spot in my usual pantry staples.
I received this product for free and was really excited to try it! I don't typically use premade marinades because I assume they are salty and flavorless. This Lawry's marinade is nothing like I expected, it was flavor filled and not salty at all. The favor was balanced and really enhanced the chicken I used it on.
We cooked steaks after we marinated it in this steakhouse marinade. Fantastic! 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend this if you are gonna be grilling steaks this summer! So flavorful and delicious we just wanted more. I received this free product in exchange for an unbiased review.
I used this marinade on chicken leg quarters and country style ribs and really enjoyed the flavor. It has a good balance of savory and smoky with a little sweetness. I let the meat marinate for a few hours before cooking and it came out tender and flavorful. The chicken especially stayed juicy. I'd definitely use this again for grilling or smoking.
Lawry's Steakhouse Marinade is a easy-to-use option if you want quick steakhouse-style flavor without much effort. It brings a savory, smoky profile with a little sweetness, and I found it made the meat tender and flavorful after just a few hours of marinating. Flavor The marinade is built around garlic, onion, red bell pepper, chili pepper, and cumin, which gives it a bold, well-rounded taste that works especially well on steak. It did not overpower the meat. Lawry's Steakhouse Marinade is a flavorful marinade for grilling and pan-cooking. It's not fancy, but it's effective, convenient, and especially good when you want a quick boost of bold flavor.
I tried this to marinade a few sirloins for a shish-kabob u made on the grill...the flavors so really good and not overpowering. Kept the steak juicy while getting that pefert sear on each piece. Will definitely buy again...maybe try some other flavors.
First, this is a very good marinade. But I was expecting more of a steakhouse flavor. This has an almost Fajita flavor to it. Which is not bad, just not what I was planning. I would buy it again but use it for taco or fajita meat instead of just a regular grilled steak.
This is what a steak should taste like. Subtle, complementary flavors that don't cover up or compete, but let's the meat shine. Nothing overpowers, it gives the meat a very balanced flavor- a touch of spice, a bit of pepper and a hint of garlic! Yum!
I love using Lawry's marinades on my proteins due to the variety of types, so when I got this one I was excited since my husband loves steak! I really liked the flavor, even though I do usually marinade overnight I love than you can do it in 15 minutes for a quick dinner.
