Grill Mates Seasoning, Smokehouse Maple, 3.5 oz Bottle

I have always been a fan of McCormick. Their seasoning blends offer a quick and easy way to make any ordinary dinner extraordinary. So when I had the chance to test out their new Grill Mates line, free in exchange for an honest review via Walmart's Spark Reviewer program, I was very excited. The McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple seasoning blend lives up to its name. It's delicious blend of smoke flavor combined with sweet brown sugar, maple syrup, molasses, and orange peels is to die for. Add in a dash if paprika, onion, garlic, red bell peppers, and spicy chili peppers, and you've got a winning blend that will liven up any meal! I've used it as a dry rub on chuck steak and top sirloin as well as pork chops and grilled chicken. However, please note that this blend does contain sugar, maple syrup, and molasses. Meaning, it will add calories to your diet, at least that's my experience, so use it sparingly if you are trying to lose weight. That said, it makes for a wonderfully flavorful and tasty treat for any BBQ or dinner. You will definitely have your neighbors asking you what you're grilling that smells so good. PROS: * Quick and easy * Tasty and flavorful * Makes a great dry rub on almost any dish * Great for grilling! CONS: * Contains sugar, maple syrup, and molasses - all of which can add extra calories to your diet and cause you to gain weight, so use sparingly. Conclusion: McCormick has done it again! This blend is smoking hot and delicious!

I have a son who only eats chicken so I am always looking for new and exciting ways to make chicken. I first tried the McCromick, Grill Mates, Smokehouse Maple on some baked chicken. It was a big hit. I was told it was the best chicken i ever cooked, so thumbs up grill mates, which is also an oven mate. I next tried it on some pork chop and wow the flavor is unbelievable. I love my chops and smokehouse maple seasoning is just right. The aroma that the chops gave off was mouth watering, while they was cooking on the indoor grill. The smokey sweetness blend is just right not too much smoke or too much sweetness. So yes this will defintely be on my shopping list from now on.

what can i say, well this little bottle of spices really will wake up the flavor of any type of protein you want to cook. i tried this on grilled chicken. it was so tender and moist, when you take your first bite it was as though i grilled with wood chips but i didn't it was this wonderful little bottle of spices. i was asked what did i use to season the chicken, i told my guest it was a little bottle of mccormick grill mates. if you want your dinner guest or your family to be in ahh, then try this little known bottle of spices.

We use a lot of McCormick spices. This smells good and is ground up. You can use this one any meat not just for steaks or hamburgers. You can also use it Chicken. It smells great too. I wouldn't use to make eggs. It's not the things for that. We will however buy this again when we run out of the one we have. I think anyone who like to grill, will love this. This is a great spice for everyday.

I am so in love with this seasoning. I sprinkled a small bit on my bacon before cooking it and man did it elevate the flavor of the bacon. Yum! There isn't much meat that I buy now that escapes getting sprinkled with this. I am 100% addicted to this...LoL

I tend to get bored with the same ketovore foods (mostly meats), so this is a nice change of pace. It's great on chicken, eggs, and even avocado. It's sweet with a hint of tang.

This seasoning is amazing and has a great flavor when cooking. I have multiple uses for it when cooking. McCormicks has a great variety of seasonings that I use for cooking and some cold disges as well.

I love this stuff! It's savory. It's sweet. It's smoky. I mix it with brown sugar to make candied bacon or other spice rubs for BBQ. I use it to make a savory caramel. So much you can use this for!

This is so delicious everyone should try it! I like to cut mozzarella sticks in half, about 2inch lengths, warm on cookie sheet just until softened, roll in McCormick Smokehouse Maple Grill Mix, rewarm, and roll in Panko crumbles. Refrigerate, and serve with dinner. Everyone will love it.
