Grill Mates Seasoning, Smokehouse Maple, 3.5 oz Bottle

I have always been a fan of McCormick. Their seasoning blends offer a quick and easy way to make any ordinary dinner extraordinary. So when I had the chance to test out their new Grill Mates line, free in exchange for an honest review via Walmart's Spark Reviewer program, I was very excited. The McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple seasoning blend lives up to its name. It's delicious blend of smoke flavor combined with sweet brown sugar, maple syrup, molasses, and orange peels is to die for. Add in a dash if paprika, onion, garlic, red bell peppers, and spicy chili peppers, and you've got a winning blend that will liven up any meal! I've used it as a dry rub on chuck steak and top sirloin as well as pork chops and grilled chicken. However, please note that this blend does contain sugar, maple syrup, and molasses. Meaning, it will add calories to your diet, at least that's my experience, so use it sparingly if you are trying to lose weight. That said, it makes for a wonderfully flavorful and tasty treat for any BBQ or dinner. You will definitely have your neighbors asking you what you're grilling that smells so good. PROS: * Quick and easy * Tasty and flavorful * Makes a great dry rub on almost any dish * Great for grilling! CONS: * Contains sugar, maple syrup, and molasses - all of which can add extra calories to your diet and cause you to gain weight, so use sparingly. Conclusion: McCormick has done it again! This blend is smoking hot and delicious!

I have a son who only eats chicken so I am always looking for new and exciting ways to make chicken. I first tried the McCromick, Grill Mates, Smokehouse Maple on some baked chicken. It was a big hit. I was told it was the best chicken i ever cooked, so thumbs up grill mates, which is also an oven mate. I next tried it on some pork chop and wow the flavor is unbelievable. I love my chops and smokehouse maple seasoning is just right. The aroma that the chops gave off was mouth watering, while they was cooking on the indoor grill. The smokey sweetness blend is just right not too much smoke or too much sweetness. So yes this will defintely be on my shopping list from now on.

what can i say, well this little bottle of spices really will wake up the flavor of any type of protein you want to cook. i tried this on grilled chicken. it was so tender and moist, when you take your first bite it was as though i grilled with wood chips but i didn't it was this wonderful little bottle of spices. i was asked what did i use to season the chicken, i told my guest it was a little bottle of mccormick grill mates. if you want your dinner guest or your family to be in ahh, then try this little known bottle of spices.

We use a lot of McCormick spices. This smells good and is ground up. You can use this one any meat not just for steaks or hamburgers. You can also use it Chicken. It smells great too. I wouldn't use to make eggs. It's not the things for that. We will however buy this again when we run out of the one we have. I think anyone who like to grill, will love this. This is a great spice for everyday.

I really enjoyed this seasoning. It has a great balance of smoky and slightly sweet maple flavor without being overpowering. I used it on grilled chicken and vegetables, and it added a delicious barbecue-style taste. It blends well with the food, is easy to use, and makes weeknight meals much more flavorful. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys smoky seasonings.

I received this product free to sample. I have tried lots of products from this line and must say, I will definitely be adding this one to my spice cabinet. In my opinion it ranks just as high as its competitors, I will most definitely recommend to friends and family and can't wait to use it next time I grill.

Smokehouse Maple Seasoning smells and tastes great! Everybody that walked in the kitchen commented on how it smelled. I have very picky eaters and they don't eat the same seasonings. They all liked the Smokehouse Maple Seasoning and want to try it on other things. The flavor is not overpowering with the maple or smoke. They compliment each other nicely! I absolutely will be purchasing the Smokehouse Maple seasoning again. One of the best seasonings my family has had in a long time. I can't wait to share this flavor seasoning with my family during are next get together.

We tried the McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Seasoning on our wings for dinner tonight. They were boiled and then finished in the oven broiler. The seasoning did not burn like other products we've tried. The kitchen smelled just like a smokehouse with the aroma from this seasoning. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and smokey flavor combined. This will definitely be one of my go-tos. Can't wait to try it on salmon at our next party!

Wow!! This stuff is GOOD!! They really nailed the smoke flavor, and the maple really kicks it up. We have tried this Smokehouse Maple on everything - steaks, burgers, chicken.. my kids even sprinkled it on their hotdogs lol! I absolutely will be buying this when we run out!! It cooks so well, especially when grilling. I can't get over how perfectly they nailed the smokehouse flavor. The grill mates line of McCormick seasonings are my absolute favorite of all time. I've tried soo many other brands.. could never understand why ppl like Kinders so much.. McCormick is the best, hands down.

I received a bottle of McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Seasoning from the BzzAgent sampling program, and immediately starting planning my meals around this seasoning. I tried this first on steaks that were grilled outside on a propane grill. I found the flavor to be smoky, not overly sweet, and with the perfect amount of saltiness. A few days later, I used this seasoning on the pork roast I used to make pulled pork. As good as this was on steak, it was even better on pork! It's a perfect complement to the meat without being overpowering. This seasoning will be a staple in our BBQ and kitchen rotation from now on.
