I absolutely LOVE this spice mix. I use it on practically everything. Enhanced flavor always at hand. can't seem to keep it on hand! Great on eggs, veggies, meat, popcorn and casseroles and sauces! Buy one and try it...you will keep buying it.

We do not add extra salt to our diet which can make it very difficult to season our foods to our liking. We use this Dash Onion %26 Herb Seasoning on almost everything - even when we are using onions. The blend of herbs add a great flavor.

It's delicious! I can control my salt intake. I can combine it with a blend or pure salt. I'm combining it the most now with Fiesta's Jalepano and Salt blend. And the price is right. You probally know all this, but I've just found it. It's a classic! Very versatile! And a great onion blend!

I like it causes great great quality always buy it what I don't like is scheduling a delivery and I don't get it on time when I schedule my delivery I have a time in mind that I need it Walmart is getting really bad about not being able to deliver on time I guess it's time to talk to Target and Kroger's it might big time the try Publix

I am recently diagnosed with CKD and have to cut out salt as much as possible if not entirely. I couldn't believe all the choices Mrs. Dash has now. Only one I found had cellulose in it so I didn't order that. I love the jars that have the metal top and the spices go with everything. I bought the chicken mixture as it was a little different. I will report on that later. I highly recommend Mrs. Dash to everyone especially if you have a swelling, BP problem, or kidney problem. The price is better at Walmart from all the checking I have done. Great product

The flavor of this low/no salt alternative is AWESOME! I have used ALL of the Mrs. Dash offerings and this one is the best! It helps me stay on my sodium restricted diet and not feel like I am missing out. This product is perfect on veggies, pasta and especially good when used on foods in the air fryer!

This was my 'substitution' item of choice but I cannot be more happy with this flavor! I might even like it better than the original lol... IMHO, this is an excellent product to "spice up" and and all "boring" foods. Of course, this product (and brand) is great for those who are on a low salt diet... Excellent price as well. Five stars!

I love the flavor of this particular Mrs.Dash and I use it in EVERYTHING!! I has a great flavor and best of all it's sodium free. I buy this in bulk so that I have it in stock all the time. Used with my other seasonings like tumeric, paprika, and even allspice I don't ever have to use salt again.

The best salt Free seasoning for the food . I love Mrs. Dash especially the Onion %26 Herb one. Walmart has the best price for me. It's cost way more at Publix the Mrs.Dash all Variety's. That's all I buy.
