i am very sensitive to salt. This salt free taco seasoning gave me the flavor I want without the the swollen joints I get from salt. i am delighted to havè found Mrs Dash taco seasoning.

Taste Great
I don't normally review the items but I have to for this seasoning. This made my ground turkey meat taste just like taco seasoning . It's a great seasoning for those are cannot have salt but still want to enjoy the taste of taco seasoning.

Really great no-salt seasoning
In the last year I've gotten hooked on making my own chicken tortilla soup. For a while, I was using this No Salt McCormick (Tabitha Brown) taco seasoning but it is hard as heck to find. Recently, a suggested replacement popped up and it was this Dash seasoning. I gave it a try and it is just as good and spicy as the McCormick version and much easier to find! Love it.

Love Mrs. Dash!!
It's very tasty. Wish my market carried the chili Mrs. Dash. It is cheaper to make your own taco seasoning.

it was a lil spicy
it was a little too spicy for me!! since I've been on dialysis... things I can normally eat... have gotten to spicy for me!! jalapeno poppers with cream cheese!! my jambalaya
