if you're having to watch your sodium intake this stuff is really good it's sodium free I like the taste the flavor is good I use it in everything I cook plus when it's not being used cooked in I use it on top of my food. it's great for watching you're sodium free plus they have other great Mrs dash flavors

The ingredients in Dash blended seasoning enhances the flavor of a variety of foods, I have used it for meats, poultry and vegetables. It brings out the flavor in the foods; it has no salt which is important, when I consume the foods that I eat foods don't taste salty. I would recommend Mrs Dash seasoning, the seasoning also comes in a variety of different flavors.

I try not to use salt anymore. This is a great alternative, along with some of the other flavors like onion %26 herb, and garlic %26 herb. All Great 😃👍

Great seasoning, only small is available for curbside service. Shipping provides a larger bottle but is limited in selections. I have only had 1 container get moisture and stick to the bottom of the bottle. I didn't lose anything because I used it in my marinade and it dissolved with no problem. I've tried Garlic, Onion, Table, Lemon, and Everything. All add a different and unique flavor.

I love this blend. It gives me the flavor profile I have come to know and love. Family has been using Mrs. Dash for as long as I can remember. I enjoy this version because I Don't get the chunks of spices stuck in my tooth. This is my everything everyday spice I use this in practically everything I make.

I never thought I'd like Mrs Dash. No SALT! When I was in the hospital, they used Mrs Dash to season the food. Yes, I add salt, but wow! That's when you taste that flavor! The served baked cod seasoned with a spicier version, and I was hooked. I don't know how many varieties are out there, but I've got a few now!

I had to cut down on my salt intake take so I chose ms.dash as a substitute

I expected a table seasoning that could be used as a general replacement for salt. But when I received it saw on the label that it has CHILI POWDER which I don't think makes it useful for a salt replacement/flavor enhancer for most foods. SPICY is not what I expected.

Unless I'm suffering temporary symptoms of Covid this particular dash product struck me as tasting like ground cardboard. It really didn't have much of a taste.. With all the ingredients that went into this product I assume it would have some sort of taste . if anything,I'd go with the lemon pepper Dash.
