Grill Mates Seasoning, Brown Sugar Bourbon, 9.75 oz Bottle

If you like sweet barbecue- style seasoning this one is for you! I personally prefer more bold, spicier flavors, so I thought this one was ok and a little too sweet for my taste and I expected more bourbon flavor. It creates a nice crust because of the brown sugar and you can use it in different meats. If you don't usually enjoy sweet rubs this might be too sweet for you but you if you like honey bbq or other sweet and savory meats definitely give it a try!

I wasn't sure about this seasoning. I thought it might be too sweet. But it turned out to be perfect for barbecue ribs and chicken. I sprinkled it on before adding barbecue sauce while grilling. It gave it a smoky sweet flavor that really penetrated through the meat. It has a very specific flavor that won't work with everything, but I think I will get a a lot of use out of it this summer. Also actually be great on grilled corn!

I received this McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning through BzzAgent to try, and I really liked the flavor. It has a good balance of sweetness, smokiness, and savory seasoning without being too overpowering. I used it on meat before cooking, and it added a nice caramelized flavor. A little goes a long way, so the bottle should last a while. I would buy it again, especially for grilling, burgers, chicken, or quick weeknight meals.

This brown sugar bourbon is great seasoning for cooking anything! The flavor is nature not too sweet nor too salty perfect for an evening party with my family. Not to mention the smell is exquisite giving the meats a fragrant that make anyone hungry before even try it. So this product is a must try!

It has a nice balance of sweet, with a little hint of spice and what I believe to be lemon. I used it on some salmon filets and shrimp that I grilled. Both were a complete hit with the family; we were all licking our fingers and of course everyone asked what did I use to season the meat. The salmon was only seasoned with McCormick® Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning. Needless to say, multiple people left with the intention of finding it in the store!

I love how I can marinate my meat in less than one hour before cooking. I've used it on meat before grilling on a barbecue and also before grilling on a pan on my stove and it always comes out great. Ive used it on pork, beef, and chicken. It's wonderful on meat on its own or on meat for salads or on sandwiches. It is just so good and easy!

Instead of putting on a billion different spices and seasoning meat, this was all I needed to season my chicken! It's a little smokey but flavorful. The bottle also lasts quite a while even with using A LOT for a whole pack of chicken. I recommend this!

I received McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning from BuzzAgent to test and review. So I decided to cook chicken breast two different ways using this seasoning. 1st, sprinkled on and grilled, and 2nd, marinated and cooked in a sauce. Both ways were very different, but both turned out good. It has a sweet brown sugar flavor at first, followed by a zesty taste, then you get a hint of bourbon but it's only for a second. It also gives the chicken a nice caramelized glazed look. Whichever way you decide to use it, it's one of those seasonings you really can't go wrong with. It adds a good flavor with minimal effort, and I plan to try it on pulled pork next!

Ths season is absolutely delicious! It makes the meat taste so good. It's a different flavor I'm not used to and I'm so glad I tried it. It's sweet but savory and flavorfully. I definitely recommend everyone to try this at least once to give it a go. You won't be disappointed!

I've had similar seasonings in the past so honestly my expectations were somewhat neutral however i think as blown away by this seasoning blend. I felt it had the perfect amount of both savory and sweet that really completed the dish. I will definitely repurchase as it is perfect for kabobs in the summer!
