This is an excellent seasoning for pulled pork sandwiches, just add to a pork roast with your favorite sauce and slow cook. It's amazing! This has replaced our previous seasoning mix that we used to love.

I like how easy this was to use to season my ribs before I cooked them in the pressure cooker, but the taste was a bit too salty for me. It could have used more sugar and some liquid smoke.
