Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning, 2.75 oz Bottle

This stuff is incredible! I use this to season my steak and potatoes and it came out so good. It has the perfect blend of seasoning so you really don't have to add anything else when you're cooking which makes it so easy to make a quick and delicious dinner.

I use this garlic on everything I butter up the bread. Sprinkle it on, sprinkle. Shredded cheese on, put it in the air fryer and made great cheese garlic bread. I asked so butter my buns, sprinkle it on, put them on the griddle and put my hamburger on it after it turns golden brown tastes great. I also use this garlic instead of pepper and macaroni and cheese

I received this seasoning and put it to use right away. We added it to chicken first before grilling, which turned out great. Then, we tried it on burgers and it was a great alternative to traditional burger seasoning. I like that it isn't too salty but gives a great flavor. This will be one of our staple seasonings for grilling this summer.

I've tried the McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning on a few different meals, mainly chicken, roasted potatoes, and vegetables. Compared to other seasonings I've used, this one has a really well-balanced flavor strong garlic taste without being overpowering, plus a nice mix of herbs. I don't have to mix multiple spices together anymore; I can just use this one blend and it still gives a rich, savory flavor. It also works well for grilling, baking, or even air fryer meals, which makes it really convenient for everyday cooking. I would definitely buy this product again. It saves time and still makes simple meals taste really good. I love cooking, and make dinner every night for my family. Quite often, I use the same herbs and spices when cooking various dishes. When McCormick sent me this seasoning to try out, I initially thought it would be just another spice. Boy was I surprised! This stuff is awesome on chicken breast. The best method I've found is to heavily coat both sides of the chicken, then cook it on the stovetop in a cast iron skillet with a little bit of oil. It forms a nice crust that is just addictive. I'll be adding this spice mix to my regular lineup.

First I will say I am familiar with grilling using McCormick products and very rarely do they disappoint. On those occasions it's just not a flavor me or my wife enjoy but the kids love or vice versa. Never do I find their product bland under flavored or poor quality. This ended up being one of those times we all enjoyed it sprinkled over so chicken before grilling ended up being a win all around. Even if Garlic and Herb isn't your favorite we have tried many others in the past we loved. I'll take credit for the chicken being cooked perfect and juicy but the flavor was all in the hands of McCormick and was just enough garlic with hints of herbs to pop. We loved it and would buy this and their other products again and have!
