I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a product on Walmart but my gosh these are some darn good pickles!!!! Best I’ve ever had hands down. I had to stop myself before I ate half the container in one sitting! Pickles and sun chips is so good btw give it a try!!
These are the BEST pickles ever!! The flavor is incredible. I love how the vinegar is so punchy and flavorful while the dill really comes through. Texturally, the pickles have a really great crunch. Our family has been devouring these and I’ve even used the leftover brine to make different dressings. These are officially a family favorite.
Chilled pickles are the only way to go. There are always some variations of chilled pickle quality. Occasionally, they may be mushy, etc. However these chilled Grillos are consistently great. It is one of the few “name” brands I insist that we buy. My only trepidation in writing a review is that it will help to cause them to be sold out. Being low in calories, they are a great low cal snack when dieting
These pickles? DIVINE. I bit into a Grillo’s spear and immediately ascended to a higher pickle-consciousness. The snap? CRISPER THAN MY LIFE TOGETHER. The flavor? A perfect punch of garlicky, dill-packed euphoria. Honestly, if I had a nickel for every time I said “just one more,” I’d have enough money to buy an actual Grillo’s swimming pool. But let’s talk about the juice—oh sweet briny nectar of the gods. I started sipping it “just to taste.” Next thing I know, I’m chugging it from the container like a medieval warrior guzzling potion before battle. It cures hangovers, heartbreak, and possibly lycanthropy. I drink it cold from a wine glass and pretend I’m at a spa. I’ve considered bottling it as perfume. Eau de Pickle. Limited edition. If loving Grillo’s is wrong, I don’t wanna be right. 10/10 would get into a bar fight defending its honor. 🥒💚
I prefer salt to sweet and have always loved dill pickles, in particular. When I first found Grillos at Sam's and got hooked on them, they disappeared from the shelves, one of the things I hate about that place. However, when I accidentally found them online at Walmart, I was ectastic and ordered two containers. I don't really know how to describe their taste, but if you know a good dill pickle when you taste, then you'll understand. Price-wise, they are on the pricey side, but it is true in the case of Grillos dill pickles: you get what you pay for. I particularly enjoy taking bites of Grillos in between each handful of Smart Pops popcorn. In fact, that is what I'm snacking on as I write this review ;)
I love pickles and these are by far the best tasting pickles you could get. The only draw back is that these are too pricey. They are usually double what the other pickles cost. You certainly do feel it in the taste, however at times it seems like a bit much to pay more than double for these. I am only able to buy these when I have money left over to splurge. I also recommend the chip version of these pickles. Unfortunately Walmart doesn't offer these. I guarantee you'd finish those chip versions within a couple of days, easily.
These are pickles for those who love pickles and those who don't! I am someone who was quite ambivalent to pickles but my children are fanatics. Grillo's lives up to the hype. My children devour them and even I find myself eating more pickles than ever before. They are incredibly fresh tasting and we love that piece of dill, garlic, and grape leaves are inlcuded. Homemade taste of pickles made easy!
THESE ARE THE BEST PICKLES I'VE EVER HAD!!! I just wish they were a little cheaper so i could buy them more often, or came with a few more spears to get more stretch out of them, because my entire family eats them up quick. But they are worth it EVERY TIME! Its also a huge plus that they are made with real ingredients, super fresh, and no weird dyes or unknown substances. The fresh herbs %26 garlic are just soooooo good!! As a mom, that makes me feel safe in letting my kids eat these.
- We've been eating these pickles for a few years now! - We love them! - Real pickles %26 really high-quality ingredients!
I love the total vingary, salty crunch of these pickles, they hit every note that a good dill pickle should have. they are the closest things to a good homemade dill pickle that I have ever got from a store!!!! I would highly recommend these to anyone that is a pickle lover!
