My 13 year old daughter has been taking these supplements for over a year now. She has definitely grown taller, but I'm not sure if that is due to the usage of these vitamins. Either way, they are definitely not hurting anything.

TBH, my children dont like to take this stuff at first, big pills and sometimes they cannot swallow well. But after experiencing over 3 months, both start getting excited because they grow taller, not "late bommer' like their dad. They also feel more confident.
