I have noticed an increase in energy throughout the day since taking it every morning. Seems to help with permanent neuropathy symptoms. When I miss a few days the symptoms seem worse when I go back on it the symptoms calm down.Very beneficial to my long days at work!

I've used these for a week. I struggle with ADHD and I do feel these help with focus. Speak to your doctor first but I am mainly hoping these help with immune system. I don't take all 3 as I have other medication that assists but start with one and work hour way up.

Capsules were easy to take. I have only tried this foe two weeks, but do notice a clearer focus. Lion's Mane is a top mushroom for its properties.

this is user error but I thought this was only lions mane, it is a mushroom complex and I dont do great with them I'm sensitive. This may work perfect for someone else though!
