It was advertised to hold 2000 tickets. They must have been very small tickets as we could only hold 1000. Ours were the average size ticket.

Used this for booth in a nine day show, very bright and catches people's attention. Should mention, this is our 2nd hopper made by this company. The first is the larger size. We knew we were ordering quality when we purchased. While very well made we still have two reservations about continued use at future events. The handle that locks the door down seems to be the less sturdy part of the entire piece. We zip tie them shut to prevent repeated openings hopefully to increase longevity. The second concern is that tickets ship thru the door hinge AND the entry slot when spinning the drum. (Everyone wants to spin it while inserting their winning ticket, right?) We seem to have remedied the hinge problem by attaching a piece of black electrical tape to the door so when closed it created a tighter seal. The tape cannot be seen. However, the tickets flying out the entry slot should be addressed by the company. That could be prevented by a deflected inside on either side of the slot. All in all, a quality item that we would defiantly recommend.

This thing is cute, very aesthetically pleasing however there are design flaws with it. If you roll the raffle tickets a few times it falls through the cracks from the opening. You just have to do it really slow which kind of defeats the purpose.
