Don't buy premium fuel, save money buying regular grade and adding octane booster. You'll save money. No matter what grade or fuel you buy at a given station they all have the same additive package, the only difference is the amount of octane. If you buy 8 or more gallons at a time you'll save money buying regular grade and adding this booster. It works great. No pinging and no power loss.
Put wrong gas in Mercedes and check engine light came on, rough idling, could not drive. Ordered this, delivered next morning. Put in tank and let car sit over night. Told it would work its way through system even without starting car. It was a rough prolonged start and then started up and running perfectly. I am in shock!
Gumout Octane Boost raises the octane on up to 15 gallons. With premium gasoline costing over $1.00 per gallon over regular gas this is a no brainer!
If you have a vehicle that's premium fuel only this is perfect money saver right now premium fuel is $5.50 a gallon in the Philadelphia area use regular fuel n add Gumout Ocatane booster works great. .no knock no ping just performance..!
This does all of what the other treatments do and it boost octane. Have some fun like, every oil change, mix this in with premium. Go from 100 horse power to 125.
Price of gas due to conflict and price gouging so high this helps make it a reality to use low octane gas in high octane engines %26 still be affordable.
I've tried many different octane boosters and I am very pleased with this one and I'm pleased that I can find it at Walmart in great quantities when I need it. And at a fantastic price.
Ordered 12 expecting delivery in a box, received in 11 plastic bottles in 2 torn plastic bags, 1 inside the other. One of the 11 had the top off. Received a refund on contacting customer service for the 12th bottle. Product is good, shipping is questionable.
One of our family vehicles is a twin turbo v6 trying to perform like a v8. One of those newer gas sipping suv's. Well it was running pretty rough and I read on a forum that turbo charged cars should run at least on plus if not premium gas and never regular. I had just filled the tank with regs because Im cheap; so I added some of this octane booster and we noticed a significantly smoother running motor. I can't tell you what this stuff is made of but I can say it helped in my situation.
well shortly after piuring in tank i got a cide saying both upstream 02 sensors had failed. whether this caused it ir not i dont know. but ill not try it again ..
