GuruNanda Oil Pulling is one of my favorite oil pulling oral rinses. I love the taste of the coconut, cinnamon, neem, and ashwagandha. I have been trying to focus on fixing my oral health and be more productive on following through with being consistent on making needed changes to my morning routine of oil pulling, tongue scraping, brushing, and flossing.

Have been using this product for about a year now and my oral health is so much better. Sensitive teeth are gone!

I am very pleased with my results. My dentist noticed my teeth were whiter. My gums are healthier.

This product is a mouth 😁 changer. I really like the cinnamon flavor. I have quite a few Guru Nada products. Their toothpaste %26 double-sided floss picks are awesome!!

I have read that this is a good oral rinse so I tried it. I really like it and it's quite nice! It requires a lot of swishing and pulling, but that's not a problem although it may be for some with no patience.

I have been using it for over 2 months and there is a big difference in my dental health, my recommendation is to rinse for 10 minutes for best results.

I used as directed for a few weeks. I like that the taste was pleasant and not overpowering. My teeth felt squeaky clean after I finished the whole process. But I cannot say that I saw a huge difference in my teeth or gums as compared to my former routine.
