I like this toothpaste. It fills a lot of my preferences having to do with non-toxic ingredients. I have a recommendation for those who purchase it. Use it sparingly. A little does the job sufficiently and admirably. And it also will last longer, which is a good thing.
I was looking for a different fluoride free toothpaste as I could not understand what all the hype is about the brand I was using I use a whitening and a charcoal toothpaste , fluoride free Decided to give GuruNanda a try OMGoodness Was asked if I had whitened my teeth in 1st week Hydroxyapatite in paste what an added bonus
This is better for my teeth and mouth because there are no toxins in it. Unlike other toothpaste .......Fluoride, ugggggg! I have been learning how bad fluoride is for the body. Its finally been taken out of our water here is Florida and I am thankful for it. I always was in wonder at the Dentist why if it good for us, why did we have to spit it out after he put it in a wash and had me swish ? Well it does not belong and never has in anything for our body's. The package alone that it comes in has the skull and crossbones on it for God's sake. And the toothpaste itself? has do not swallow on it. Shaking my head at all the years I brushed my teeth with it. Hydorxyapatite and neem help teeth. Tastes good too so the kids will like it.
This toothpaste is more than oral care — it's a sensory ritual. The Cocomint Jasmine flavor is unexpectedly soothing, like a breath of calm woven into my morning and evening routines. Neem and Hydroxyapatite feel like a gentle yet powerful duo, supporting both whitening and enamel strength without the harshness of fluoride. I chose this as part of my capsule system for comfort, clarity, and sovereignty — and it delivers. If you're curating a care routine that honors both wellness and emotional cadence, this is a beautiful addition.
I mainly tried this for the Hydroxyapatite to try and repair tiny cavities, but after a week of use I dont really see it repairing cavities, I am assuming it would take about a month or two to see any form of results but walmart is asking me to review the product now so... The taste itself taste like grassy-minty, I kinda do see my teeth getting a little bit whiter tho. If it repairs cavities ill probably purchase again in future to keep my teeth stronger but if it doesnt ill look for a different product.
I enjoyed this toothpaste but unfortunately it has something in it that causes perioral dermatitis and after using it two times I had a big flare up so it's no good for me. The taste definitely has a strong jasmine taste so you're either going to hate it or love it. I personally loved it.
This is the first product that I have used with hydroxyapatite. So I cannot compare this to any of the other toothpaste in the same classification. So what I have to say it could be normal and I'm just not aware of it. When I purchased this, I was looking for a toothpaste that is not “spicy“. A medication that I take now makes regular toothpaste burn my mouth and I feel ridiculous using children's toothpaste. I also want to try to get away from using fluoride, which has brought me to try hydroxyapatite toothpaste. This one reportedly has neem oil in I am not sure if that causes the texture of the toothpaste to be different. This toothpaste is slightly on the liquid side. It is similar to the consistency of a hand lotion and not a paste. The flavor reminds me of spices like clove with a little mint mixed in, which is not bad but you also feel like you're using several drops of essential oils to brush your teeth with. I would imagine there are people out there that are used to that texture, taste, etc. I think the essential oil flavored to me kind of puts me off a little bit. The toothpaste does work great and your teeth do feel nice and smooth after you are done brushing your teeth. I feel like it is better than Crest in that department. I am brand loyal to only one flavor of Crest and it is what I've always used for the last 40 years of adulthood. So that is what I will compare this to. I still do get a little too much spice with this, which is absolutely normal for a toothpaste so that's a problem not a toothpaste problem. The only problem I have with the toothpaste is that consistency, which could be a normal texture for hydroxyapatite toothpaste, but I don't know not having tried it before. And the other issue I have is what I believe to be the name oil taste, which is something you could get past with regular use. It's just not something I prefer currently I find myself alternating back-and-forth between my Crest and this because I definitely will not waste this. The price is still a little pricey, and that seems to be the case for everything out there nowadays So the street review: it does make your teeth, smooth, it has more of a liquidy texture, and you can taste the neem oil. If those things are good for you, then it would be a great toothpaste. I will probably try other brands to see if there's something different because ultimately I need something that doesn't burn my mouth and I do want to move to hydroxyapatite toothpaste.
I love this brand, I use the oil pulling liquid..love the flavor and results, but I do not like the "Jasmine" added to the toothpaste, love the other ingredients, so it must be my personal taste threshold for a toothpaste. I did return it with no problem.
I am trying so hard to like this toothpaste, but it is so harsh and strong it is impossible to brush with it, when I do, my tongue ends up feeling like sandpaper all day. The taste is peculiar, would be an aroma better suited for a soap. it really is hard on your mucus membranes. Very sad to lose the money for this.....
As soon as I switched to this toothpaste, my teeth became extremely sensitive to cold for the first time in my life.
