These are very nice plastic drinking cups. 240 seems like a lot, but with company they are going pretty fast. And the price per cup is terrific.

Did not receive the cups. Called customer service Saturday and was told they sent them check with neighbors. Checked no cups. Needed them Sunday. Told to call Monday if they didnt show up. The rest of my order showed up Monday that I needed for Sunday which we had to go and get alternate items for. Not what I wanted but had to make do. Then today Monday called them and still no cups so they told me they would refund my money but it could take up to 7 to 10 days to get the refund. I ordered these items in plenty of time to get them in and didnt recieve but now have to wait for a refund to get my money back. Doesnt make much sense even though I contacted them early.

The article came open, yellowish color, dirty like they were on the floor, they are disposable cups! very upset

These cups do not appear to be 12 oz cups, I want to return, but there are no details on the return process.
