Perfect size... they all so freeze well. Would be good for making little snacks for kids, seniors or a party. keeps everything sanitary. Organizing craft, sewing, nails, screws, supplies.. endless uses.. I know they're not very big, but that's all I need when it comes to a little something as a snack. I've also used them to split up a can of cranberry sauce, and freeze them. As a snack or to go along with Turkey meals my caregiver makes/freezes for me.

if you are on a strict diet ,these 4oz cups are good, but they are not really durable . if you need something, you can reuse wait till the box of mixed size rubbermaid containers goes on sale

Work great to hold snacks. Great for portion control. Can easily store in fridge and take items to go. Can be microwaved without melting (be sensible). I use for fruit, nuts, trail mix, pasta sides for dinner, ice cream, yogurt, etc.

These work perfect for: - meal prep - dessert or “treat” portions We have an aging parent at our home. These handy cups are perfect for her. We make sugar free pudding frequently as a dessert. These cups portion it all out nicely making it easy for us to hand her a cup. We use them as pill cups too. The lids snap on snuggly while the cups are thicker than some portion cups I've used in the past. Will buy again!

I mix my own sauces and seasonings ahead of time when prepping meals so I put them in these little cups till i'm ready for them then toss when i'm done plus they're handy to store small amounts of left over items such as corn, gravy, etc. They have many uses.

the lids were damaged when manufactured. they were melted on one side so only half of them were good.

Great for containing smaller amounts of food or sauces. Lids fit good. Good size. I also like the 1 %26 2 oz size which is good for leftover lemon or lime juice or zest.

I eat three of these after dinner daily, satisfying and creamy. Very minty and fresh tasting.

Is wanted to use these cups as a dessert cup for a wedding, but it was too hazy and did not have that nice crisp clear color. It was also a little too bulky and big. I was looking for something dainty and small to fill about 100 desserts in. This did not work for me- but it was the best deal, very sturdy, durable and fit a good amount of stuff into it. Just looked a little cheap.

I liked the size and the shape of these little plastic cups. Unfortunately, they only sent me half of the lids that I needed and the lids didn't fit the cups so that was kind of a moot point. I did not return them because I needed them for a party today and I just ended up puttingsaran wrap and ribbon over the top. It looks kind of stupid but I didn't have any choice.
