I like using deli containers for storing everything away in my pantry. I do think they are a little over priced.
These containers are great for brining chicken. I'm sure they work great with beef or pork as well. They wash well in the dishwasher with no dry heat cycle. Exactly what I was looking for.
At first I thought they would be too big, but after using them I see that they are perfect for cut lettuce for salads, liquids for punch or sangria, pasta salads (pasta with vege's etc). I really appreciate the sturdiness of the containers and the tight seal of the lids, keeping liquids from spilling.
Exactly what I wanted. Sturdy and dishwasher safe. Great for my soup and other large quantity food. Stack together easily.
Great for storing any food! Can now make large amount of gumbo and store in container for freezer! Same with chili, Sphagetti sauce. Also cut up fruit for the week (navel oranges) and have handy for quick snack! Salads also!!!

I originally ordered these to breed aquarium fish/grow plants etc. They are useful in so many other ways, also. Food storage, storage bins to name a couple. Great quality with tight fitting lids.
