The pair of large silky bows are perfect for any holiday or an every day bow. They are cute but classy - great look for a younger girl with the delicate touch that a teen would still wear them. These were purcahsed for a teen with long, thick hair. I like that they have larger loop bows. The tails are long, too. The downside is that the material is thin and silky so the tails just fall. I would have liked for them to have more definition at the edges. With that being said, if these bows were sold in otehr colors, I would still purchase more. As far as the bows being attached to the hair, they have the spring/snap clips. The metal clips are of good quality and have a strong clasp. I prefer bows with elastics but this was not a deal breaker. If the child is young, I reccomend a parent taking the bow out as hair can get caught in the clip. I would reccomend this pair of the silky hair bows. Excellent value for the price. They are stylish, fun, and perfect for any day of the week!
