It not only felt like a light scalp massage, but it got rid of any itches I had. It is a fairly light comb, and it is absolutely beautiful to look at. Sadly I have wavy hair and tend to comb in the shower, which was a big mistake since I dropped it and it instantly shattered. But I still recommend, maybe just don't use in the shower.

I place the comb in the fridge to let it get cold and then i massage my scalp with it. Sometimes, if i'm lucky, i can get my husband to do it for me. So, thats a bonus. Once I'm out I oil my hair then gently comb my hair with the comb. It's such a nice relaxing feeling after a long day. I enjoy combing my hair and taking good care of my scalp. I honestly love this comb, it's really soothing and relaxing after a long day. I use this comb daily on myself and daughter, I highly recommend it.

Very simple to use just put into the fridge or freezer, depending on how you use it and what you prefer. Apply product and comb throughout. I liked it and I felt that apply hair products was faster and more enjoyable with the cold comb.

You can work it around in a circular motion to stimulate your scalp and promote relaxation. It can be stored in the freezer for an extra cooling sensation. Do not know if it is jade but it is stone and could be easily broken if dropped.

Very fragile. It broke within 10 min of receiving it. I accidentally dropped it and 1/4 of it broke off.
