...for my brother. He wanted "just a simple toaster, like we used to have 40 years ago." He was delighted with the appearance, and said the slots accommodate bagels. Only negative comment is that it is light in weight. But in my world, that would not be a negative.

Great making toast with regular sized bread. I have not tried to toast bagels, but the slots are large enough. It is simple to use the dial to select darkness, and the cord is long enough for use.

I love the stainless steel look and the built-in crum tray, so crums no longer collect in the toaster or around it. However, the downfall is that it is not smudge proof.

I needed a new toaster and I saw this recommended by an article. It works well. One side gets somewhat darker. Above a three and it's burnt. 6 and it's crunchy hard charcoal toast. Has a crumb tray that slides out of the bottom. Takes up less space than previous 4 slot toaster. Looking forward to many years of toast.

It's a great toaster EXCEPT for the fact that it toasts bagels unevenly. Some spots are toasted, others are missed - but I can live with that. Maybe you can't.

Color is great and lightweight. A bit bulky, not deep enough for pc(s) bread to get the full toast, outer case feels too hot (not good for young children to use) and it needs to have a stop or pop up button otherwise you'll need to unplug in the middle of toasting. Would not recommend.

Does an excellent job of toasting bagels pretty evenly. However the engineering design is terrible. The electrical cord I'd at least 12 inches to short and it emerges out from the front of the toaster right under the controls. In order to use the full length of the electrical cord, the toaster has to be turned around making the controls inaccessible.

It does not toast evenly from top to bottom, for even toasting. You have to pop it up flip the bread over and and restart it.

Delivered JULY 4, and it died on September 28. I live alone, it wasn't misused. It's just a garbage brand. At most, I grilled on e a day, slowly. DO NOT BUY, It looks ok, but obviously, it is not a good buying option.

Brushed stainless steel, left finger prints with every touch. The sides get hot to touch. The cord comes out the side, not the back. Very disappointed.
