Hamilton Beach 2-Way Programmable Iced and Hot Coffee Maker, Single-Serve and 12 Cup Glass Coffee Pot, Black

I LOVE this coffee pot! It makes a pot or single serve. It stays warm for four hours! Yahoo! It is easy to pour the water into the two different places (one for the pot one for the single serve). It's fast and makes tasty coffee. I like that it comes with built in filters for both the pot and single serve. I recommend adding a paper filter if you don't want to clean out the filter, but you can make it without it. I love that the single serve side does NOT use k cups. I prefer my own coffee, not what is sold in the k cups. So if k cups are important to you, this is not the coffee pot for you. I also like that there are not any holes at the top where the water goes in. If you live in FLorida like I do, you don't want creepy things crawling in you coffee pot (main reason I hated my old coffee pot) I highly recommend this.

This coffee maker is excellent since I can prepare just one cup of coffee or more for multiple people with the coffee pot, besides that it is programmable with a modern panel and you can also make iced coffee in a single glass or the whole coffee pot. I highly recommend this coffee maker to coffee lovers.

So far, I'm loving this coffee maker. The single serving side makes it the best accommodation for guests or just needing that extra zip in a day😉 The only "hmm?" thought is that the single serving side has a resuable filter, and the carafe side does not. I bought a 12 cup resuable filter off Walmart, an easy fix!

I absolutely love this coffee maker replaced a very old one and the 1st cup of coffee was so good. I guess I forgot what a great cup of coffee tasted like until I got this one easy to use and I love the fact I can make one cup or a whole pot and switched between iced or hot.

I’m really surprised by how much I love this coffee maker. It does take about 10 minutes for the pot to brew, and about 7 minutes for the individual cup, but the results are great. We just set up the machine to start 10 minutes before we wake up and are able to come down to a delicious, hot cup of coffee. I don’t miss using a pod at all.

I LOVE thatbthis brews hot %26 cold coffee and I LOVE that it brews a full pot, or 1 cup into an actual mug, or into an actual tumbler ALL in ONE MACHINE!!!

I purchased this coffee maker loving the 3 way option, iced, single serving brew and a carafe brew. However the carafe has leaked when pouring since day one. I assumed it was the screwed at the bottom of the handle. Tightened it. Seemed to work for one brew but still leaks from the bottom. I’m not able to use the carafe at all at this point unless I want coffee dripping everywhere. I’ve reached out to Hamilton Beach. The carafe is not an option for replacement under their parts section. Waiting on a reply.

The pot makes wonderful coffee but the single cup is outrageously slow as a snail. It also splatters cup all outside on your counter. I wouldn’t ever purchase this again. I’m so disappointed at the cup situation. I usually purchase a Keurig , but I thought this one would be better and last longer, BIG MISTAKE!!!

I’m afraid I must have read your description wrong because I thought it would also do Kpods. I knew you could put your own coffee in but I thought it would do both and I also thought it has a bigger water reservoir than just 1cup so that when you do 1 cup you don’t have to add water every time. It’s a great looking coffee pot and price was right I just didn’t read description correctly I guess. So I can’t really rate the coffee we didn’t use it

Both the single serve, and the carafe brew extremely slow. Didn’t like the inconvenience of having to put water in each time we wanted to use it. There are separate water reserves, depending on single serve or pot so you basically have to put in the exact amount of water that you expect to get out when brewing. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but we found it very inconvenient to have to add water every time. It would’ve been much nicer if there was only one water reserve, but in this model, they are separate. Also did not realize that there is no compatibility for K cups but that is just our oversight. Ultimately returned for a full refund and bought a different model.
