I've had this washer for at least four years; at the time, it was the only one I could find that would fit down my narrow basement steps. The washer is still running and working well. I recently replaced it because I found a larger washer with both hot and cold water hookups. As long as I didn't overload it, the clothes came out clean, and the spin cycle removed a lot of water. The only downside was that it didn't have separate hot and cold water hookups.

This machine is taller than I expected, they apparently made it taller so that it would still fit where the lesser capacity units fit - for me it is a good trade off. The "pulsator" is powerful, and they're not joking when they tell you to mind your zippers and such. This is larger than any other portable washer I've seen so far. It's almost like a regular-sized washer with portable hookups! The unit is fairly light weight for it's size. I was able to fit a twin quilted micro-fiber blanket in it with room to spare. The controls are easy to use, pretty much you choose on in each column to do a load. The hoses are very cheap, I'm replacing them with a better set. THE ONE COMPLAINT I have so far, is the "quick-release" adapter does not have a way to release the pressure before removing it, so cover it with a rag or you may get a face full of pressurized water. I reserve the right to edit this review at a later date, depending on the number of problems that may/may not arise. FOR NOW, I'M HAPPY WITH THIS UNIT.

I have only had it a couple of days but I am extremely happy with it. It holds more clothes than I thought it would. I have done a few loads and I am very happy with how clean they came out and how well it spinned. It is quiet and I love all the different washing features such as if you want an extra rinse or an extra spin you are able to do this.

I've only had this washer about a week but WOW! So far it's been awesome! It's quiet, clothes are clean and spun really well. I use it with the quick connect in my apartment because I don't have proper hot and cold hookups. Easy to figure out and larger then I expected! Super happy with it so far!

Does a great job washing clothes with a setting for anything you might need it for. Works just like a standard washing machine. It is also really quiet considering how well it washes clothes and how fast it spins. Comes with everything you need to attach it to your faucet and also drains right into the sink through a hose. Perfect for our small apartment.

I really like the washer. Has a very large drum and cleans cloths great. Only issue is that it is very difficult to move around. Wish it had four caster wheels that moved in all directions. I like the option to quick connect or hook to regular washer hot and cold hook ups.

The box was left upside down on the porch. It does not spin right-acts like it can't get going and slows after it gets started. Not sure if this is the actual machine or because it was left upside down and damaged during delivery.

Unfortunately, I can't give a review on this item because they delivered it but they did not follow my delivery instructions. Therefore it's came up missing or either stolen. The thing is I'm handicap and you know I can't get around to get to see if it was there or not. Usually, I have them either. Call me or ring the doorbell or knock on the window. It's right there. It's not that hard. If you left the box right there you could've just knocked on the window, but they did not follow my instructions and therefore I'm having the hardest time to get my refund from walmart.com need to do better than that Walmart let's get it together

You will need to watch this washer while it washes. Sometimes it goes back to the beginning of the cycle. To dry clothes you will need to have it go through the spin cycle more than once. For the washer to completely fill up with water- choose the bulky setting. After a month the spin cycle was not consistent in the spin speed. I returned this item. Looking at getting a regular washer and extra long drain hose, water hose. Regular washers may be better and the same size. Good luck with your search and washing.

Not worth it. Item came a little banged up but it was superficial so no big deal. The problem is that it doesn't spin properly and my clothes are almost soaking wet after a cycle. I live on the third floor. No elevator just stairs. If it wasn't such a hassle to return the item I would have from the get go. $400 is a lot of money to practically give away in these times! Definitely DO NOT buy!!!!
