I have owned this countertop dishwasher for about three months and am pleased with its performance. The machine runs quietly and uses less water than hand washing. I use the Great Value gel detergent and rinse aid and have yet to be dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the dishes post wash. I will note that I find it best to open the door to allow the dishes to air dry after the machine has finished it's cycle. Regarding capacity, the machine has held a large skillet, large dinner plates (about six), mixing bowls and various cooking utensils and lids. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase as it has allowed my time to used for more enjoyable activities rather than washing dishes.
I was looking and seen comments of different dishwasher and finally I found this one. I’m a single mom with a kid, no time at all to washing dishes anymore. Arrive on time the 9th September 2023. It is easy to install, come with instructions and everything is clean. Make sure to buy the right detergent and rinse aid. If you don’t have a countertop, you can put it on the floor but if you want to protect your floor asure with some board under. I use Cascade platinum capsules and Finish rinse aid. So far it is working perfect!
it's designed to do one thing and it does it well. it held more than i thought it would. i installed in less than five minutes. the hardest thing about it was opening the box!
Surprisingly Pleased I needed an extra pair of hands around the sink to free up some time but my space is too small for a normal size dishwasher so this seemed like a great option and the price was very affordable....I bought one and have had it a week so far. I read every review well before deciding to purchase. Some issues with height. too tall to fit under the cabinet but found alternative storage solutions to accommodate its height, lots of issues about dings, dents and scratches upon delivery but still raved about it's performance, issues with leaks (which sounds like the exchange was equitable), etc. I was prepared for the worst It arrived 5 days before it initially said it should with Not a single mark on it! NOT ONE...I was floored. ok, one down, now, will it fit? Alas, no! Looks like I'll be seeking an alternative storage solution as well*sigh! Two down...Leaks? The only leak I had was my fault for not tightening the coupler enough. Thing works GREAT 💯 ISSUES: Nothing major It really is quite too tall, about 3 inches for me. be sure you measure beforehand It would be great if it had hose/cord storage And lastly, a latch release button would be a great help. The door fits quite snug and can be a tough tug. Would I recommend it? If you need an extra pair of hands around the sink, have a small place, have a tight budget, and can roll with the punches (looks like its hit and miss wiith issues) then yes!!! I highly recommend it!
The product came damaged - it had a Sam's Club cardboard box on the bottom but the top of the box was part of the actual packaging. It clearly stated on the box to NOT strap it down but you can tell from the dents on the side of the dishwasher that someone didn't pay attention to that warning. That being said it works as advertised ... meaning that yes you have to pre-rinse your dishes a little more than you would a normal full size dishwasher. It does not heat dry but uses residual heat from the hot tap water used to wash the dishes to "dry" the dry them. You still have to wipe them down when they are done if you have hard water (I do). On normal wash it takes about 2hrs and 40min to complete and that whole time your sinks faucet cannot be used. It is as big as it looks in the advertisement - this is not small appliance. I'm not sure if the directions said to or not but run a complete cycle with dishwashing liquid in it before you wash your first set of dishes - I didn't and I had to rinse them off by had due to some strange white residue. Would I buy this again? Not sure - my expectations were low so I was pleasantly shocked how clean they came out on the second wash but was that the unit or was it me spraying them clean with hot hot water? And i really hate to wash the little stuff like cups and forks, spoons, etc. So yes there is convivence but there's also a lot of inconvenience like the space it takes up on the counter/kitchen and the pre-rinse/pre-scrub while still having a decent amount of dishes like pots, pans, and some taller plates and cups that wont fit in it, and the fact that you can't use your faucet for over 2hrs while its running. I've only had it about 2 weeks and so far I've used it daily and I think for myself - the answer is yes I would buy it again because its just me and my daughter and I didn't need much. This unit was only $187 at the time I bought it which made it the cheapest option out there (by $113 to be exact) and it was a name brand (lower end but still a name I knew). Hope this review helps.
Arrived with a large dent on right hand corner, Only fits 2 of my 10” plates on right side. Washes dishes like it should but I would pass on it if I knew then what I know now.
Dishwasher arrived with dents around side. Seem to work fine though. Power button worked one time now it won’t turn on.
It was late. It had been dropped. The box it came in was busted and the door doesn't completely seal along with there being a dent on the top. It leaked all over my counter as the back hose connection is messed up, probably from being dropped. It doesnt fit as much as it says it will. It doesnt clean well at all. It is LOUD! Dishes come out with spots despite my using the recommended jet dry and they come out with small pieces of stuff (even though i pre rinse) on them that wasn't on them when i loaded them in there. Now i have a leaking hunk of metal taking up what little space i have in my small kitchen. It's also pretty pricy for what you actually get. I was so excited for this and now im not.
It arrived today, upon opening I noticed water inside the bag. I opened it up and more water, along with some mold or gunk under the filter. I called customer service and was told I can only return, not receive a replacement. Upon explaining I can not fit this in my car, I’m told to wait up to five days for someone to call me to pick it up. Yet I’m receiving email instructions to take it to fedex. It seems they are trying to pass off used items as new, charging new price and if we do notice, saying they are sold out of that item
Will update this review IF I receive the replacement on the date promised. Arrived destroyed. Dropped so hard the box collapsed and split open, door will not close, 3 of the 4 corners are dented and it is dripping water from the outside of the unit. This is on top of arriving 5 days after I was told it would be. Amazon has it for the same price, I'd suggest buying it there.
