The size of this toaster oven is perfect for my space. It heats up and cools down quickly. I can fit a lot of different things inside the oven and can reach into the toaster oven very easily to take things out due to the door design. Love that this is not a huge machine and my counter space isn't compromised. The door lifts up to open so this is such a space saver. Definitely easy to clean with no hard to reach places. We are a family of 4 and use this almost every day either to toast or bake.

Love the roll up door option on this toaster! This a great alternative to using the electric stove. Bakes, Broils and keeps food warm! Should be mindful of temp when toasting does toast quickly. Top does get hot so don't put anything on top when cooking. Bought it to conserve on electric bill and turning on the stove to reheat or cook small items is a waste. Cuts down on having multiple table top appliances. Overall good purchase and easy for Family to use!

Having a toaster oven has been an essential for decades. For the times that you don't want, or need, to turn on your large oven, a toaster oven is so convenient. The six-slice toaster gives you the extra room you need to cook larger meals. The food is cooked evenly, and the taste is as good as if I had used my large oven. I bought my mom an eight-slice toaster oven. This Hamilton Beach toaster oven is aesthetically appealing and extremely functional. I would recommend it to anyone. It's convenience at your fingertips.

The pan was NOT non-stick, and everything stuck to it...even the non-stick spray. Almost impossible to remove stuck-on stuff from the pan. Smelled when heating up.

Did not cook fast enough for me. Still a good product

Temperature does not reach setting in ten minutes and varies as time goes on. Will almost burn cake at back of oven and front is quite undone. And do not touch the bottom front edge! I have a charred stripe on my mitt from touching it while pulling out the rack.

I would not recommend purchasing this item from Walmart because of the way the unexpected shipping surcharge and the customer service issue were handled. I purchased this oven and was charged an $87.18 location surcharge on top of the price of the oven. This charge was not clear to me when I was making the purchase, and I would not have purchased the oven had I known the additional charge would be almost as much as the item itself. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the surcharge would be refunded if I returned the oven. I relied on that information and proceeded with the return. Now, after returning the oven, Walmart is telling me that the surcharge cannot be refunded because it is a valid location surcharge. That is extremely frustrating. If Walmart's customer service representative tells a customer that a charge will be refunded upon return, the company should honor that information. The problem is not simply the surcharge. The problem is the lack of transparency at checkout and the conflicting information from customer service afterward. I feel that I was misled into making a purchase and then returning the item based on information Walmart gave me, only to be told afterward that the promised refund will not happen. Very disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience.
