Works like a charm; just like the one I remember my father using years ago. Keep steady downward pressure on the turkey breast and you get professional looking results for table presentation and perfect sandwich-sized slices. Imho, the best thing about turkey dinner is the sandwich made with leftovers and this knife makes it right.

Giving it 2 stars because it came with the case busted on the end. It was shipped in original box with no extra packaging and the box shows damage. The plastic for the case is very fragile plastic. This was a gift so there was a great disappointment for me as the gifter and the recipient.

This is such a nice knife! Easy to use balanced in its weight, and it does a perfect job of slicing and cutting! Fast cleanup, and easy storage because it's so nicely compact! I like this item.

I could use them to cut up a roast that does not have to be all the way thawed out that way I can refrigerate part of it that I'm going to cook and refreeze the rest and it does not messed up the quality of the meat

I purchased this on Easter Sunday to carve my 11 lb ham and it worked perfectly! I was able to cut thin pieces as well as thicker slices and the price was very reasonable.

Nice and sturdy. More powerful then my previous battery-operated carving knife. Cuts fast and effortlessly. Only gave it four stars because it would stop working and I'd have to push down on the blades to re-click them into the handle. Otherwise, a fantastic carving knife.

Overall works well. The blade release is in a not so great location. When you set it down it tips easy and releases blades. It was reasonably priced and gets the job done. Just double check blades.

The electric knife works as described. The blades could be sharper. The cord is long enough. The knife cut turkey meat adequately. However, sharper blades might make for thinner sliced meat.

This knife worked good for carving the Thanksgiving turkey but only after figuring out why it wouldn't work. It took myself and about three other people roughly 5 minutes to figure out that the blade set wasn't completely seated in the blade holders of the knife which prevented the "trigger" from depressing and turning on. Once I got the blades seated all the way, it fired up, however I noticed as I was cutting, the blades would pop out enough to shut the knife off occasionally and I'd have to reinsert them.

It will not cut raw rutabagas, which is why I got it. Handle is bulky for arthritic hands. Maybe it will do better on meats. If not, then I will toss it.
