I'm into green smoothies right now. I love that I can put a whole banana, kiwi, some strawberries and 2 cups of spinach and it blends perfectly to my taste. I can take it with me to go and doesn't spill in my car. The lid has a nice opening to drink from it and the best of all it cleans easy. Also if you don't drink it all at once you can save the rest in the fridge because the lid seals very good. I love this because instead of taking some cookies for snack I can open the fridge and take a few sips from it and keep my belly full and healthy. I'll definitely recomended.
okay, so, i had a hand me down too brand blender, that just didnt BLEND! For fhis little guy, i put on about 8 oz of frozen berries, 4 or 5 tbls of yogurt, roughly 7 or 8 oz of milk with a tiny bit of sugar and BAM! blended super easy! My biggest suggestion to everyone is to start slow with hard frozen items or ice. the softer the better as it sill save the longevity of your product. Best if some softer items are towards the blades first. My only criticism is that i eish the lid had a "snap on" feature for when im drinking it. It kinda just sits there. Other than that i love this blender!!!
This little blender works so good and is very convenient to use, easy to store and easy to clean. If it holds up and works well over time, it is well worth the money.
Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender with Travel Lid, Model 51101BV is a Great Blender to have, I had one we used it so much over the years it wore out, so this one is a Replacement . Hamilton Beach is a great brand, dependable too, not too noisy either, easy to take on trips too, affordable.
I started my diet on Monday so Sunday I went shopping for all my goodies and because I had so many bad experiences and wasted money on blenders my first instinct was to buy the most expensive one but my cousin persuaded me not to and to buy this so I did but it does exactly what I need it to do and my shakes are so good overall good experience this is my second day using it
Perfect for on-the-go. Sufficient personal size, if not more. It's not a juicer, it produces smoothies. If using raw fruits/veggies they should be cut into small pieces. I take this to work to make a veggie juice/smoothie. It does create a lot pulp(fiber) with veggies like kale or even apples but it does it's job. Obviously, I purchased this for it's convenience and not high-end quality. It's a perfect personal travel-sized blender for a great value.
Cheap and cheesy! You can’t use frozen fruit or ice or it’ll stop the blade. And I also have to fluctuate the mixer so that all my fruits can be blended and doesn’t have chunks in my smoothie. Honestly, spend a couple more dollars and you’ll get more bang for your buck!
Don’t waste your money . I didn’t have the chance to use even for 1 time…i had to use another blender to do my smoothie. I should listen to the other review!
This blender is TERRIBLE. I should have known for the price/wattage... But I thought, what the heck, I'll give it a try. It won't even blend a simple smoothie without opening the lid, and spooning the stuff around. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ITEM.
Only had this Blender for two months - I plugged it in put very little produce in, it's not blending- it only makes sound. I paid for this and purchased insurance for two year coverage. I need to replace this Blender for another new Blender.
