This is a great hand/stand blender for $30. Every time I use it I marvel at the deal I got; it genuinely competes wit blenders 2-3x the price! Pros: -Price: only $30! -Attachments: normal beaters, whisk, and dough hooks -Quality: the attachments are so strong and sturdy, not at all like the cheap ones you get with those $15-$20 hand blenders -Size: Great size. Doesnt pretend to be a kitchen aid and take up a ton of space with worse technology. Everything on it is just a size smaller than those heavy duty stand mixers, and I love it. Very practical for my tiny kitchen as I can just tuck it inside my (larger) cupboard when not in use! -The glass bowl! Did I just list the bowl itself as a pro? Yes, and it absolutely deserves it. Even when I was unpacking the mixer I marveled at how heavy and sturdy the bowl felt (and how large it was). I cant say Ill only use this bowl for mixing; I think it would be a fun way to display certain foods like trifles or other layered desserts for a large party. Cons: -Odd angle: the stand arm is at a slightly off angle with the base so that the mixer doesnt aim directly into the center of the bowl when everything is centered- you kind of have to push the sand base out a bit. Not really an issue when it comes to use, but it looks like a design flaw rather than intentional. -Stand too low: now this is what Id consider the one flaw in this great lil machine. The stand arm is either too high, or the base is too low, but the beaters dont reach the bottom of the bowl. Instead, they hover around .5 inches above. The fix Ive found for this is either making whatever I want to make in large batches (and possibly freezing some if I dont want to use it all right away) or just lifting the bowl to bring the beaters to the bottom/detaching mixer and using the as a hand mixer. Once again, not a dealbreaker (glass bowl is large enough that you want to make large batches anyway), but it is the reason I marked this 4 stars as it does interfere with operation. Hope my interview was detailed enough for those of you deciding whether or not to get one of these! All in all, I think its a very worthwhile little blender for $30, and worth trying out if youre on the fence of switching to a stand mixer at all. And, as someone who likes making breads, the dough hooks/stand mixing is a welcome change to hand kneading bread at my countertop. Now I can just set it and forget it! (For up 5-8 minutes max at a time through as I dont have high expectations for the $30 motor...)

Always a big fan of HB mixers. I like that this mixer dont take up space. Would of gave it a 5 star but the turn table did not turn had to take time and spin the bowl. I noticed in other comments that other customers mixers also came dusty with scratches..I assumed the same that it was returned or refurbished. It was just dust from how it was boxed, dont know about the scratches still. I seen someone bought for $19.99...I paid $30. HB is a good brand and a line of products I can trust. Nothing is always going to be perfect but Its still a keeper. The bowl is very heavy duty/ good quality as well as the attachments. Love the curve and high power! Made wonderful mashed creamy potatoes. I did fill out a customer service form to see if the turn table can be fixed. Look forward to the call cause I have a homemade strawberry cake I want to fix before Sunday. Over all the product is good and even better if your turn table will turn.

I love it in general! Beaters don't come close enough to the bottom. When I spin the bowl it should mix better, not just in the middle!

The color is not as seen in pic its darker it has a really heavy glass bowl and when you mix you have to move the bowl over for the mixer to get the sides (there is a lever to move bowl from side or middle. You can also spin the bowl, the mixer comes off but seems a bit flemsy the stand that is also the mixer dosent reach the bottom. I cant say that i dont like it cause for only 19.99 its worth it and im on a budget , it also dosent have a low speed but for cookies and cake mixes it gets the job done i wish the bowl was lighter it also has a long cord

I bought this product for my mother in law for Christmas. She was very disappointed when she recently opened it up to put it in her kitchen. I paid for a new product and got a used one. There was cake batter up in where the beaters go. There was finger prints all over the base. I am submitting a photo of the underneath. You can see that it is used and very nasty.

Item made rather cheaply . Mixing attachments don’t reach the bottom or sides of bowl. Mixer sits wonky off center of bowl . Delivery box was fine but the inside mixer box was crushed on the side trying to return it but website keeps saying to Jo try again so 😕

I was sent a used mixer with scratches and dirty marks. I contacted customer service via chat and was told to return to store or they wont do anything..not even discount it as a USED item that was sold as a new item. I explained that im disabled and homebound and returning this after it was delivered to my home would be extremely difficult. Not even a discount for it being used. JennyLynn the customer service representative was very rude more then once and she ended the chat when I was still speaking with her. I have photos as well. I wasn't trying to be anything but a customer getting ahold of them with the issue that Walmart sent me a scratched up mixer with dirty marks from previous use from the last customer who returned it. I had it delivered to my home for a reason,because Im disabled and it would be difficult if not impossible for me to carry this stand mixer in its box home. If nothing else it should have been discounted for being used and not new and having scratches n dirty. Ive worked in stores and this is disgusting. Hopefully it works but in all it shouldn't be sold as new when its obviously I USED. These are just few photos I have of this USED stand mixer.

Dislike the tiny cheap piece that clicks the beater onto the stand. The only reason I didn’t send it back was because I also got a separate hand mixer that is metal and with that I hope I don’t need to take the other mixer from the stand. Sooo cheap. Like the ones that are used on cheap plastic toys. Cheap plastic all around. I got it as a birthday present. My last mixer lasted almost 40 years wondering if this one will last even one holiday. So sad.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this product. Base was all plastic and there is BO way it would hold up to a lot of use. I bought it because of the names and previous products bought from them
