Hammermill 8.5 x 11 Copy Paper, 5000 Sheets, 20 lb., 92 Bright, White, For Office Printing

This 500 Sheet package of copy paper was just what I needed and it even had decorative fish on the packaging as a bonus. (nice touch) The paper runs great with my printer and I couldn't be happier to restock my supply. It's a nice, bright white that looks top quality. Good price for a good product. Can't go wrong with this purchase.

Purchased 2 boxes. Arrived on separate days. Both (as another review put it) appear to have been drop kicked. The boxes themselves would have been one thing, but every ream of paper is broken as well. I can't fathom how this happened or passed any kind of acceptance for shipment. Only gave 2 stars because thankfully the paper itself is not damaged and is still usable. It is unacceptable, but especially for use at a business.

I received only 9 reams of paper, and they were packaged loosely, causing the reams to rip open. One ream wasn't even in its paper cover. Those pages were bent and dirty. Threw some away. I suggest not ordering through Walmart. I don't believe it is the fault of the carrier, but the order fulfiller.

The case was open and falling apart in the case of paper. The team of 110 paper was fine and the cell-phone was not there at all. I don't know if it was forgotten. The driver did well to get to my door so I opened the door and he set them down. (Better than drop them outside). But I did not see the cell phone. Let me check. I just checked and it must have been handed as the case was ripping. I'll try to check it out. It was grouped with the order just delivered and not the paper which was delivered I think by fed ex .

Copy paper arrived in severely compromised box essentially being held together by its plastic shipping strap. Every ream of paper is in damaged packaging. I would not have purchased this item had I known that it would arrive as "Damaged Goods".

First off they did not follow delivery directions and never do. Second... the box and paper damaged! Please see pictures below. Walmart just stinks all the way around.

What is shown on the website and what I received are two different things! The reams weren't in the original carton but were thrown into a large brown box. All of the packages are broken and ripped. Don't waste your money.

WORST DECISION TO ORDER PAPER FROM HERE. When i opened both boxes/carton the paper reems were torn...it was all i could do just to pull gently each reem out of the box without all the paper falling out onto the floor. DO BETTER!!
