11 x 17 paper
The 11 X 17 paper was in good shape, but the wrapper on both packages were torn apart. There was nothing wrong with the box it was it. I prefer each ream to be intact, in order to help keep out moisture. The price was good, & the paper didn't suffer any damage and works fine.

Shipping Paper larger than Standard 8.5X11
Paper was good and the parts that were in shape printed fine. The shipping was horrible and ripped several pages of the ream.

Why is there always some damage to the packaging? Paper looks fine.

Good but not good
The price was good compared to other stores. I gave 3 stars as the box it came in was smaller then the size of the paper, so the pack was folded from both sides.

Good paper, poor packaging and failures
Paper is good, however, as we are going through the box, I found a ream to have a quality issue. The glue for the paper casing around it missed and got on the paper stack itself. You won't see it if you load it in the printer until it jams. Be sure to check for this..
