Hampton Forge Epicure 8" Black Bread Knife (1-Count)

Very nice for its low price, has sharp teeth, cuts cleanly, has a gripper handle This is my third purchase since I like to keep back ups on hand of knives I like. The first two are still pretty sharp despite not being sheathed and used semi regularly for some years now. The blade is rather long for slicing produce but it does cut plum tomatoes, pears and other larger and still firm foods quite well.

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but this is the best bread knife I've ever owned. I bought it mostly for cutting sausage patties, and it's fantastic. It looks and feels like many other knives, but it flat-out cuts, cleanly and efficiently.

Bought this for cutting sour dough bread. This knife is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect balance in my hand, cuts incredibly well, no blade flex so i get as perfect of a cut as I'm capable of. For the money, it's an incredible value.
