it's a very, stable keyboard stand. it raises and lowers using traditional locking pins. for stability it comes with adjustable mechanisms on the bottom of the stand that can be adjusted to fit uneven floors.

was exactly as described. was suitabke as a universal stand. offered substantial support with lick down strap ti keep secure. i wouldcrecommend to anyone who wants to secure their musical utem.

So I have a decent sized keyboard 88 keys. I don't recommend this keyboard stand unless it's under 40lbs. The sizing was great. The height was perfect but the second I put my keyboard on it, it wasn't stable after 10 minutes it had bent, an it was uneven maybe it was just my keyboard but my keyboard only weighs about 54lbs. So this was just awful. I wouldn't recommend this stand to anyone. It was trashed almost immediately because I wasn't able to return it!
