This is a large sturdy pan that would easily accommodate a turkey, or a pot roast (or two) along with vegetables, or lasagna. or anything else you can think of. for myself, I just cooked 2 whole turkey breasts. This pan is great when you're making food for a potluck or family gatherings, or bringing dinner to sick friend/funeral where you don't want to have to worry about getting your dishes back. However, it is also sturdy enough to be washed and reused as well.

This Handicap-foil med Roaster pan is nice because it comes with a lid. The bottom foil part has the right amount of thickness to it and weight. It's not flimsy like some brands on the market. If you do use it to roast are pork or such. I'd recommend waiting until it cools off to put lid on though, since it is a plastic type lid. The only thing I was disappointed with,was that when I went to tack the lid back off, it cracked the lid in one corner. I wasn't even being ruff with it. Some people don't even use the lids. Just thought I'd put that out there in case.

These foil pans and roaster pans make for easier cooking and clean up. And they are recyclable.

We have a house full of people all the time. Cooking is always happening here. I really enjoy it. Recently we had a birthday party and i was asked to make my homemade mac and cheese. I used my Handi-Foil medium rack roaster pan for it. It was a perfect size. It held up strong and the lid made it for easy travel without a mess. I would absolutely use these again.
