Front grille gets too hot, could be a fire hazard.
Wanted this for a small bathroom. Front of the heater is burning hot, even tho temp was set at 68 degrees. Could be a bad fire hazard. Heated the room, but never shut off.

It's not the item itself. It is the seller. I purchased this online for my grandfather. Who is constantly cold and in a wheelchair. The item I purchased according to the description online was a deluxe with a remote. What the seller sent me was not the deluxe and no remote. The seller refused to send me the correct item. They claimed that what was sent to me was the right item even though I had taken multiple screenshots of what I had purchased and pictures of what was sent to me proving that I did not receive the right item .The sellar wanted to continue telling me that the item that was sent to me was the correct item. BEWARE OF SELLER

It was supposed to have a remote and it didn't the plug-in was installed upside down you set the thermostat and it never shuts off there is so much wrong with this thing I'm afraid to even use it threw it in the trash

I purchased this heater for my guest bathroom which is a small room. I set the temperature for 80 degrees and closed the door. After 45 minutes the room didn't get warm. I am returning it back to Walmart.

received wrong model twice
i have ordered the deluxe model twice and each time i have received the regular model. Still waiting to hear from the company to resolve the issue and hopefully finally getting the deluxe model

KMI does not stand behind their products.
It puts out very little heat. I ordered the deluxe model with remote control and I received the regular model WITHOUT remote control. kmi would not send me what I ordered. It is worthless. I took a sledge hammer to it.

Sent wrong product, again.....
Product was fine but not what I purchased, the seller was terrible. They sent the wrong heater for the second time. They sent the cheap free standing one. Last time they sent the cheaper version without the remote. Walmart has reached back to the seller with no response. I would not but anything from this seller, KME. I'm hoping this review will help get someone's attention. I am happy to remove it.

Do not purchase. I bought for use in the bathroom. It produces very little heat and had difficulty with the use of plug. Just get the box heater.
